This hotel is in good location, just a short walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Road. Good choice and delicious breakfast. Room is a bit small, the staff upgrade me to an upper floor.

Concierge service was excellent. In addition to welcome drinks, there are other small amenities such as alcohol swaps for your mobile phones, eye masks, ear plugs that are provided free for guests. Furthermore, the drinks in the mini fridge are also complementary and there is also laundry services that are provided at no cost. Shanghai Elong Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels to stay with.

👥 staff is really friendly!!! They don’t speak English but do their best to communicate with us and help us
📍located near the NJ rd and not to faraway from the subway… if you try to found it with maps is a little complicated
🛏️bed, pillows and room are comfortable and cozy
They put it two cables with 3 different kinds of connection 🤩

Very good location, just a steps away from Nanjing East walking street and 5 min. walking to People's square metro. Nice lobby can have short Business meeting there. The breakfast room was crowded because there are 2 hotels uses the same breakfast room. You can choose from plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast. The staffs are friendly. Nice unlimited free drinking water. Will stay again when in Shanghai next time.

A cute modern hotel in the heart of Shanghai just off of People’s Square. The location is sublime, and the rooms (whilst perhaps having an odd layout) were clean and comfortable, with smart controls for lights and curtains.
Breakfast, whilst having everything was a bit underwhelming but adequate.
Bottled water being readily available was superb, and staff were courteous and prepared with a translator.
Overall a very good experience, and certainly for the price it would be challenging to find anything better.

Great location. Just beside Holiday Inn. Many eateries around the hotel. Easy access to Nanjing Road and half an hour to The Bund if you walk. Great view of the city from the window of the room.
