I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have any toilet paper in the room. I called to ask the person at the front desk to send me some towels and a roll of toilet paper I was informed that they didn’t have anyone tissue to bring it up to the room which was fine. I had to come and get it myself. I got to the front desk received the towels but no tissue the front desk said they would bring some up when they found some I got no call and no tissue. Ridiculous!! This is also a place where they can smoke ********* at the pool!!! What kind of business is this??

This hotel was very overpriced. Aside from the modern style and decor of the hotel it was no different than any other. The first disappointment was that we booked thinking the hotel had an active restaurant and bar as the website nor trip.com website reported that they were closed for the time being. Those amenities were the main reasons we chose Aloft aside from location. Next, our hotel room was extremely small. Third, the ‘marketplace’ stock and options was laughable. And there was NO vending so it was the only option for snacks unless we drove to a convenience store. Also, the breakfast was seriously lacking in portion and flavor for the price we had to pay for it. Lastly, there is hardly ever a clerk at the desk… the first morning we wanted to order breakfast and get drinks from the marketplace and I literally had to call the hotel while standing at the desk to get the attention of the clerk. The second night, the friends that were with us couldn’t purchase snacks because the clerk was nowhere to be found. Furthermore, the bed in our room was hard as a rock which led to very poor quality of sleep. And we paid $275 for 2 nights for this?? We won’t be back to Aloft. Literally the only positive experience that we had was the water pressure in the shower. Also, housekeeping needs to do a better job in the common areas of the lobby… there’s literally cobwebs coming off of the bottom of the furniture and onto the floor and visible dust underneath. I used to manage a hotel and my over all experience with Aloft was much less than satisfactory. I wasn’t given a receipt at checkout either… not printed or emailed.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It's sad because the hotel itself is beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were very polite as well. However, the walls here are PAPER THIN!!!! I literally got no sleep. The folks next door to me decided to have a hotel party at 4 in the morning and I could hear EVERYTHING :( Also, what's up with the doors here. I heard room doors slamming all day and night. It was so loud. Plu, my shower was dirty. Then to top it off, I prepaid for my stay online, yet they still charged me the full price upon check-in. I'm supposed to get a refund by Tuesday, but we'll see. Anyway, I will NEVER book a stay here again.

Toilet got clogged at night, didn't get unclogged until the next morning so the smell was there the whole night. Elevators have a funky smell and hallways have a smell of B.O. which might be the carpet. Pillows were horrible. The staff was very nice and polite. Never staying at an ALoft again.

The night service rep was absolutely nice we had to change our room once because the first room seemed as someone laid on the bed and food crumbs everywhere , but we went back down stairs to get this changed and taken care of and they did with no hesitation, thank you

The hotel was neat, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the bar was closed on the weekends. I came to celebrate my birthday so a drink or two would’ve been fun. Overall it was a nice stay and Ms. Crawford at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again

It was a great stay. I enjoy this boutique hotel experience with its Loft style hotel design. Enjoyable. Not hot water during my stay for tea, coffee canteen out. I cannot complain. Wanting an invite from BONVOY for the card approval so I can make Aloft part of my regular routine.

If you have issues with this property, expect the staff will be very responsive. They were for me. But do check your bill and check out. Don’t just get it emailed. People were charging things to my room.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, due to them not charging a pet fee for our two dogs. This time they did charge $75, but I was not told when I made the reservation and found out when I checked in. When I mentioned it to the manager at checkout, however, she did remove the charge and said it was a new policy. More disturbing was the fact that a new person at the desk was not careful with security! We settled in our room and I went for food, then a man walked into our room while my wife was there. He had been given a key to our room! Again, the manager did apologize, but we feel it was a major mistake. We also had a problem with ants all over the counters in front of the windows.
