I left two coats in the room when I checked out,after 4 hours I call to hotel,hotel response that there was no coat in the room,I feel so disappointed that this is my first to live in hampton inn and first time lost things can not be found.I think I would not select hampton inn for my travel stop.

Nice hotel, but a bit short staffed and a few minor things that could use some updates and attention to detail, but very nice overall .

No black out drapes so street lights shined in the room and the traffic noise. Not a good nights sleep. Would not stay again

I enjoyed this stay. For me, a good stay starts with the reception and the staff here were excellent and very attentive. The room was great, although a safe and better condition ironing board are needed. For Eco-Friendliness, the hotels scores badly. Good that the room wasn't made up each morning as this is unnecessary laundry. However, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic wrappers and apples wrapped plastic cellophane is pointless and bad for the environment.

hotel is NOT nice....food cold and little. ugh. ALL feather pillows and blanket only TOO HOT>..feather...ugh.

I chose this property because it offered breakfast and was listed on ******* as "Newly Renovated". Check-in staff were pleasant, although they were out of fresh baked cookies, disappointing the kids. Got into the room, and it was fine. Seeing things up-close, it was less appealing. Bathroom door looked like it had walked through a minefield, missing towel hook was apparently ripped off (and not painted underneath, shower had a removeable shower head, but the hose sheath was ripped (leaving an exposed, rubber hose underneath), and it wouldn't stay aimed outwards (and would fall and only shoot straight down). Toilet bolts were missing and rusted with no cap, and the bathroom corners were all filled with grime (and hair). It just looked rundown and worn out. I couldn't fathom how this was a "renovated" room. The rest of the room was fine but not overly nice or new. Breakfast the next morning was very sparse, not what I'm used to at a Hampton. Very little to choose from, and the light roast coffee was out, as were the eggs. I told the front desk worker, and he nodded. The cookies at the front desk were missing again when we checked out. Overall, the stay was okay, but more than that, it represented what has been a consistently disappointing trend with staying at Hampton. The chain has become mediocre at best, and I'm looking for another hotel brand.

They sofa bed had nasty dirty sheets with brown stains on it. When took them off to change them the mattress was in horrible conditions. Had to go down to the lobby 3 times to get clean sheets, all of them were dirty or stained. Then had to go and get pillows. Then the soap and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. Around the tub and under the soap holder were black spots most likely mold.

No air in the room for the entire stay. This is not good in August in the Atlanta Area. There was nothing offered other than I am sorry. I always stay at Hampton Inn/Hilton's but I will not stay at this one again. I was very disappointed!

The property was in excellent condition! Each staff member was friendly and helpful. Cierra was working the front desk and both check in and check out and she has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. She met us with a smile and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Great property and great staff.

Outside of the facts that this is a very nice hotel, I mainly chose this hotel because of the pool! The pool wasn't clean
