In regard to the beds, we are currently in the process of adding new beds, mattresses and beddings to the rooms so as to ensure even more comfort for our guests. In the meantime, we do have softer mattresses available upon request, so feel free to let us know next time you visit! As for food, we have five fantastic restaurants to choose from, offering a wide range of delicious meals. To maintain the quality of the experience, we do have a standard policy that food from outside, including deliveries, is not permitted. We appreciate your understanding of this. We understand that a 20-minute wait for a coke and double espresso is unacceptable, especially with only four other customers and three waitresses present.
