Good location for museums - all walking distance. However hotel had the worst softest mattress that whichever way you turned your whole body ached! The pillows were so high and hard! Sleepless night waking up in pain - took ages before we could walk normally!

Small and fantastically situated hotel with lovely and helpful staff. A very quiet street, so despite the fact that our room was on the bottom floor with windows to the street it was silent. Close to the museums, trams and restaurants. Our room was surprisingly spacious for three (2 adults one child). Nice and newly renovated bathroom. The room was not well cleaned and the cleaners just changed towels and made the beds. Basic but really ok breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay 2 adults & 1 child in 3 bed room. Room was comfortable & more than adequate for our needs. Reception staff were friendly & really helpful. Breakfast was typical continental- no issues at all. Hotel is within walking distance of centre - trams stop a short walk away if you don’t want to walk into centre.

Hotel was modern, minimalist and clean. Single rooms were small but had everything needed. There were staff at the reception desk at all times who were very helpful. It is in the Museum quarter with a number of collections within easy walking distance. The rooms were cleaned daily and although sometimes items like cups, teabags etc were not replaced these were available from Reception. The 397 airport bus goes very close to Hotel Inner but directions referred to the hotel being behind the Concert hall It is.. but a few blocks behind so check a map.

Nice hotel, clean functional room, very well located for the galleries and city centre. The only fault was the paper cups and tea coffee capsules weren't replenished at all during our stay, the chap on reception was however happy to supply them if asked but that really doesn't help first thing in the morning when you just want a quick coffee.

I liked the staff very much, everyone super nice and friendly, as well as professional. The position is excellent, close to high end shopping, Van Gogh museum and only 15 minutes walking distance from Dam Square

It beat my expectations with one glaring exception. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The exception was that I arrived late at 11.55pm wanting to get to sleep ahead of meetings in the morning. The check in person said I needed to wait a few minutes, which turned out so he could clean his desk. I could not believe he really thought this more important than checking in a tired customer.

This hotel is in a quiet residential street within minutes walk to major tram and bus stops and museums. Room was perfect for our short stay, the bathroom was compact. There was some door noise for us probably as there were 3 room doors next to each other off tge reception. Also don't expect there to be much in the way of coffee pods to go with the machine, maybe bring your own.

I recently stayed at a property and arrived early, but fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate me. The service was great and the 24-hour staffed reception made me feel secure and cared for during my stay. The beds were also very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, the view from the window wasn't great and some areas of the property were dated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this property to others.

Bed was comfortable, amenities clean and modern, great hotel for the price, close to transport, and walking distance to the Museums.

Nice enough hotel. Good location but the room was old and with poor service. Not well cleaned..

Small issues....remote for tv was missing. vanity light was broken Loved the shower!

Great spot, however we had some noisy neighbors with lots of music and partying. Room and amenities were nicely laid out.

Hotel was in a good location for being just outside the city center (close to van gogh, rijkmuseum, grocery store, transit stops). Breakfast was decent, we had a problem with the room key which got resolved right away. Room was very small which is the standard for Amsterdam. Hotel Room bed sheets werent cleaned daily which was a dissapointment despite leaving the sign for "clean up". Cost for the room was good & would recommend for someone for a budget friendly & basic hotel close to amenities.
