Location is perfect for Disney goers! Cleanliness could be better. Customer service was good.

If you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily. Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.

The room was a bit of a let down initially with the bathtub not draining right but we fixed it and then one of their housekeepers cleaned our room so well and made the room even smell nice it was by far the best part of our trip after a super long grueling non stop day at Disneyland we were greeted with a nice fresh smelling room and all of our beds made up and superior cleanliness it was awesome. It was just that one day and so it had to of been a specific housekeeper. Wish I had gotten their name because it’s the little things like that which makes your stay all that much more enjoyable.

Nice, family friendly hotel near Disney and the Convention Center. Amazing view of the Disney fireworks from the hotel pool!

Staff was very nice and even gave me early check in. Very close to Disneyland. Hotel has a neat outdoor area and pool. The bummer was that parking cost everyday, I missed that when I booked. I was given a handicap room, I wanted to switch rooms but we were all tired so decided to stay. The handicap shower was a disaster for my kids (water everywhere). The bed had broken slats under the mattress and made a ton of noise and the Heater/AC was incredibly loud when it kicks on.

Good location, easy walk to Disney. Rooms dated but clean and comfortable. Only complaint is pool was very cold.

This was a great option and close to Disney. We had a bottom unit that had an attached fenced in patio.

Great location for walking to Disneyland. Only a 10 minute walk. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The rooms look very old. Many things in our room were broken including the room door lock, the safety deposit box, and the bathroom. That being said when we brought these deficiencies to the attention of the hotel, they fixed them right away.

It was a nice hotel. We had fairly quiet neighbors, but I could see if you got the wrong people next to you, it could end up being disruptive if you were trying to sleep. The shower head seemed to not be adjustable so it sprayed closer to the wall than in the middle, which was not be ideal but manageable. And it could have been just our room. But overall really enjoyed the hotel and the people working there were all really nice. Close to the Disney parks and an easy walk over!

Older hotel-could use some updating. Water pressure was terrible and changed from hot to cold constantly while showering. The refrigerator also shoulder like it was on its last leg. However it was clean and beds were comfortable. Quick walk to Disneyland. Would probably stay there again simple because they have king size beds and most of the hotels in the area only have queens

The hotel is very nice with excellent theming and great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the online check-in system made that process run fairly smoothly, although it does not seem to fully integrate into their system. The location is perfect, as it is a short walk to the Harbor Entrance for the Disneyland Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, but it seems that the windows and adjoining room doors have little to no soundproofing, so we could clearly hear the play area outside and the couple in the next room discussing how many bags to take into the park.

It was a convenient location especially if you’re doing a Disney trip. Gate is only 8 mins walk. Property has a Pizza Press and breakfast was offered. Staff was nice and if room was ready we were able to go in early. The bathroom however felt dated, and water was warm and cold when taking a shower. Other than that it was pretty good.
