This is close to the park! Getting to the park and returning back to hotel was convenient!

Friendly service, clean rooms and close to disney. However water need to be asked at the reception each day.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews on the free breakfast, some people are expecting fine dining for a free breakfast but the two of us had an enjoyable and healthy breakfast every morning. The rooms are recently updated and blew our expectations for the price we paid. This hotel is 10/10 value and 10/10 service.

It was nice to have a clean, spacious room within a 20-minute walk. There was a room available so early check-in was possible.

It’s less than ten minutes’ drive from the park. The highway is relatively quiet and relatively clean. The parking fee is US$38. The twin room we booked was upgraded when we checked in at the front desk. The room is very cost-effective. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is relatively simple, milk, egg, bread, cereal, and bacon. Fruit juice coffee... It is more consistent with the breakfast at home, so I am more satisfied. Overall, it's not bad. I should stay here next time I come to Disney.

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing environment. The overall experience was pleasant and I highly recommend this hotel, especially as the rooms are spacious and comfortable

Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy, but the front desk staff are not friendly. The hotel location is 20 minutes on foot to the entrance of Disneyland or 7 dollars on lyft. The room provides a refrigerator, hot water coffee machine and air conditioning. It is recommended to avoid the road side room due to the sound of cars at dawn. I stayed for 3 nights, but cleaning is done only when you want, and towels and coffee are provided when you request necessary items. Breakfast is served daily, starting at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. Taste is mediocre. Parking fee is $30 + tax.

Booked for honeymoon. Relaxed in a very spacious and beautiful hotel. The location was good as it was about a 20 minute walk to Disney.

The twin room also has a sofa bed, which is suitable for family outings. A welcome card balloon and a small bag of candy were placed in the room upon check-in. Easy walk to the Disney shuttle or to eat.

We stayed here for our February 2024 trip, with most of our days spent in Disneyland. The room easily and comfortably fit our family of 5. Hyatt Place is a good option for our family dynamic. All staff members were very courteous and helpful, particularly with setting us up with transportation back to the airport. The property was clean and the free breakfast was more than adequate, if lacking in variability throughout our 4 mornings. There were a few snack/sundry items available at the front desk, and a bar with a couple of wine and beer options for after our days at the parks. Within easy walking distance were a few large chain pharmacies to supplement for food and snacks and mostly all chain restaurants. Our room's hot water was very tempermental, but 5 of us were able to take mostly warm (occasionally scalding) showers in succession. We walked to the parks each day- about .7 miles each way. We felt mostly safe doing so, as the streets and sidewalks are large, clean and well-lit. There were a few unhoused people seeking shelter at the nearby bus stations, so factor that into your comfort level should you plan to take the ART to get around town.

This Hyatt is very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. The hotel is in a safe location which is also conveniently near the Disneyland resort. My only complain is the $35 a night parking fee and the limited breakfast items. Pancackes are only on the weekends which leads you to eat eggs, potatos, and sausage pretty much all week.
