New hotel, big room. The service is polite. The breakfast was great.

The facility is new and clean, and the staff are friendly, but the noise from large vehicles passing along the national highway is a bit loud.

A hotel has finally opened in Ashoro, and as we visit every year we were excited to make it a regular hotel. It has a new exterior and is a nice, small hotel, but when we entered our room, turned on the TV and started to relax, we heard a loud phone call from the next room, louder than the volume of the TV. Yes, we could hear it clearly, which was a real problem. We'll have to consider staying in Obihiro or somewhere else from next year, what a shame!

The bathroom door opens backwards. The living space in the room I stayed in was on the left side (looking at the bathroom door straight ahead), so bathroom doors are usually installed to open from left to right. Next, I think it would be better to use disposable non-woven slippers rather than reusing them. They also make the soles of your feet more comfortable after a bath. Next, I would like there to be two chairs. Since it was a twin room. Finally, as for the hotel staff, everyone except for one person was smiling and very helpful.
