The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathroom had a dirty tub, the walls were dirty. They only serviced the room every other day.

Room smelled a little bit musty. Nonetheless it was very clean

It’s a beautiful hotel, only issue is that I never received my $100 deposit back that I was told comes back to me.

Deposit per night, they use part of the deposit for overnight parking

We liked that we can walk to the shopping center but we stood there for 5 days and they only cleaned our room once because I called for service. The cleaning lady did give us towels and toiletries when needed so I appreciated that. The rugs should be removed and replaced in the hotel but other than that staff was friendly.

Good location, good staff. Not so walkable and some kind of noisy at night with the traffic nearby.

It was a friendly atmosphere, the room was nice.. The couch bed should have been a little cleaner and with ready linens so we couldn't use it as planned

Great, exactly as I expected.

There was no hot water on our second day. The front desk tried to tell us it was a citywide issue, which was not true. Taking accountability would have been the right thing to do. Breakfast continually ran out of items and staff was annoyed with requests.

Clean and comfortable room for a family. Great breakfast wide variety.
