The hotel is very clean, and the lady at the front desk is very helpful.
When I went there, the lobby was being renovated, so it felt a little crowded, but the hotel is really nice.

The connecting room door left us a bit disappointed with our stay. It was as if the door was open and we could hear everything going on in the adjoining room. ALSO - we were hoping to watch a nationally televised football game - but the hotel didn't subscribe to NBC!!! Disappointing. OTHER THAN THOSE 2 THINGS - it was a really comfy room.

We like staying at this hotel, but I added a couple days to this trip. I also asked the staff to clean my room and change sheets and bring towels before the extra 2 days which the person at the desk said they would. They NEVER came to clean the room or give me additional towels for the time I requested. Very disappointed! I know because beds weren't made, clean towels were not added and trash was overflowing!!

Proximity to the airport and restaurant inside the lobby. Hotel also has a shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms & Service were good. Only negative is the coffee in the lobby was not good.

Check in was good, pick up from airports is a bit confusing and long wait, property clean but seemed to be lacking for a Hilton, little cramped bathroom, small sink, small lobby and check in area, with no holiday decorations. Service was good. Fine for an overnight stay from the airport.
