Stay was good, no complaints. However, after check out I didn't receive an email of the room charges. My Visa acct shows a higher charge than when I booked.

The hotel was comfortable and provided easy access on/off the expressway. The room was clean with the notable exception of a lazy boy chair that was very worn and dirty.

Amazing staff , quiet , back off the highway , lived here before years ago , close to everything from Walmart to tractor supply , they allow dogs which gets an A+……big area to walk them around .

It was nice that they had a kitchen and full size fridge. However was not the cleanest, did not offer breakfast.

Staff was fantastic and very friendly. Hotel pool and hot tub was always clean. I will from now on make this my hotel of choice when i come back home to visit.

Upon arrival after 3pm to the hotel our room was not ready. Waited an additional 30mins before we could go in the room. Then to see that the bins under the dish counter was not emptied. I spent 12 days there and during that time my room was cleaned once with request and once without request. Both times after cleaning I had to request additional wash cloths, there was no dish cloths and it was unbelievable that the room attendants didn’t wash the dishes after they so called cleaned the room. How can a room be cleaned with the dishes being washed? Additionally the sofa mattress is dirty and soiled it needs changing. It is not suitable for human beings to lay on.

The property was very unclean .The floors and rugs.

I love that it’s a two room suite, BUT it needs updating. The staff was friendly but could have been a bit more helpful. It was quiet enough other than a few noisy neighbors.

Arrived Saturday May 27th 2023 to check-in at approximately 6pm. The front desk attendent was on her phone and disinterested and seemed to be put off at having to take time out of her call to check us in. Was given room 400. Inside room, the floors were dirty, blood smeared on walls and what appeared to be 2 boogers wiped on ac/heating unit. Complained to front desk and was moved to room 413. Room was slightly more clean but the floors were nasty. I'm not a picky clean freak kinda guy but it was bad. I won't be back and you've been warned. The pictures don't do justice unfortunately

The room was spacious, but furniture was dated, and there was a beat-up armchair which looked dirty and was worn - I didn't even want to put my coat on it. The outlet between the beds did not work when I plugged my phone in to charge it. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and clean.

Everything was great as expected! Love this place, no need to look for more. Pool, hot tub… smoking rooms would make this better, but it’ll never happen. I accept that lol

The staff was nice but the furniture was torn and stains on wall.

Of all our stays in the Austintown area this was the worst motel. It was dated and dirty! I would not stay again or recommend.

Ver nice and lots of room in our suite for our wedding party to het ready. Clean!
