This Hotel has always been our favorite. I am very disappointed in the 44.00 per day destination charge. I was not aware of the additional fee until I checked out. Probably won't be staying there again.

It was my family's and I first Time visiting catalina and we decided to stay at this gorgeous hotel the reason why was because it was in the center of everything, we got to check in early , we stayed there for 2 nights let me tell you , the staff was WONDERFUL!!! I have a toddler so they let me used their staff microwave.. also at 4pm you get a free wine glass and cheese . Im coming back forsure!!! Lovee itt

This hotel has rooms that are facing outside like a motel, but all of the beautiful plant gardens and flowers make it feel so secluded and serene. I had booked 2 rooms, one was with a patio area. We wanted our rooms together so we were moved upstairs. They were so awesome and let us even check in early! They have a complimentary wine/cheese hour every night. Very nice! We weren’t able to take advantage of the $20 food/bev credit because since it’s out of season, restaurants are not open or close early. We will definitely be back and the pavilion will be our first choice!

ordered two times with *******, 1st time I ordered with breakfast, but my client still was charged for breakfast, 2nd time still ordered with breakfast, but when checking in, my client was told they can not find the information regarding breakfast, after dispute, my client got a card for breakfast for one person only. Very bad experience.

The hotel is amazing with a beautiful reception area and foliage that makes you feel like you're walking through a jungle to get to your room. They will store your bags for you until check-in and we even got to check in early. I cant think of one thing I DIDN'T like about the hotel.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from ferry. The hotel is very clean and the evening wine and cheese reception is a perk!! My hubby and I spent our 25th anniversary here. Julia is amazing she sent a bottle of wine to our room:) we’ll definitely be back soon!!

For this property you are paying for location. You can walk to the ferry and you are on the main street. Everything is very easy to access. However, the property is less than satisfactory. It is similar to a motel. There is no pool or hot tub. We woke up to no hot water which it was fixed within 30 minutes and our room was not cleaned. We found a hunk of broccoli on the floor when we checked it out.

All I can say is what a hotel! We went for vacation and it had such a relaxing and resort feel!! Clean, comfortable and great service. Staff is very friendly, helpful and present. The wine and cheese happy hour made us feel fancy 😂

Beautiful gardens, clean room, and loved the evening wine and cheese plate while sitting enjoying the spectacular view.

The outside seating is stunning and the cheese and cracker party was enjoyable. We met a lot of new people.

This property has outdoor seating with comfortable chairs and a fire pit. Nice to sit outside and visit.

I love this place! Will be staying here again on our next trip to the island.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location. Wonderful service. Nice wine and cheese happy hour included. Mattress was a bit lumpy but overall comfortable. Highly recommend.

This place is great. Close to everything and has a beautiful garden longe area where you can rest and relax for hours. Room was good but the service was great. Front desk people were very helpful and the complimentary wine and cheese hostess was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
