Old hotel and with little maintenance. I stayed on 8th floor, the bathroom had water leakage. Good breakfast and in city centre

The hotel can do better in housekeeping, i requested for bedsheet change 3 times, yet they did not change it until i have to stay in the room to ensure they replaced it. Also repeated missed out on towel, toilet paper etc

Not very clean hotel in general, low water pressure further I feel that the rooms and public areas are outdated..

The room is clean and the breakfast has a lot of variety foods. The location is good. Opposites of hotel have a lot of restaurants.

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.
