The hotel rooms are large, spacious, luxuriously decorated, comfortable, reasonably priced, with comprehensive services and a quiet environment. If you are a tourist, it is an ideal place to live.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants/cafes, city centre, nice, tidy, quiet accomodation…would stay again…oh, and very comfortable bed

The room was large, it was also smelly and not cleaned properly. Food left in the fridge from previous customer, and used Bandaids on the carpet.The reception smelled mouldy and the gardens were really messy with rubbish lying around downstairs.
For 1 night is was OK, but i would go back

Nice new bathroom, but toilet too close to the wall. Sheets on bed up to high so both top and bottom sheet did not go to foot end of bed not good for tall people

Dated place but comfortable and clean, which for one night was all we needed. The sheets felt new and the ends and pillow’s comfortable. Noise levels weren’t too bad for a Saturday night mainly just loud cars passing but otherwise nothing.

Room was lovely. Beds comfy. We were on the second floor. Steps were a little hard on mum.
Bathroom spacious and modern. Big tv.
Walking distance to some pubs and shopping. Close to Goldfields.
Parking was a little awkward but safe.

Great low cost option for a stay in Ballarat. Close to the centre of town and easy to get to. The property is a little dated and aging, but is clean and provided us with a good base.

For what we wanted it was perfect, a bit noisy at times with traffic and it was a bit dated but I got what I paid for.

It’s central and walking distance to shops and restaurants, clean, could do with an update it is a bit dark and bathroom bit old but functional. Great for a short stay. Bed was firm but comfortable. Overall okay. Staff pleasant and friendly.

I realise it is hard to keep track of battery life but...the remote batteries for the a/c-heater and tv needed attention. i.e. replaing.

The location pf this property is fine - close to shopping centre, and some fast food outlets. The building which has good sized rooms is dated, and bathroom in particular is not in a good condition. Having a shower over the bath can be challenging for some people.
Overall, not the standard that we expect, even at that price.
