This villa is just open again after covid. They started with a couple of rooms which they already prepared. Although the premise is relatively new (2013), it really needs thorough renovation. The sewage, the wooden floor at swimming pool, for instance, they really need some works. Some appliances didn't work anymore. As most of the hotel staffs in Bali are very friendly and helpful, the view is their unique selling point. It is looking free at the rice fields and you have a private pool. Sitting at the gazebo enjoying your morning sun... So, in short: if you're not too critical about the maintenace condition (they all work actually, only need some renov), then this villa is very recommended...

The comfortable Ubud villa upgraded my room. Sitting on the platform and looking at the countryside, it's so comfortable, and the room facilities are new and clean. There are a lot of bad ants. When I am hungry at night, I don’t even order grab takeaway. I hope to add a small store for the convenience of customers. Otherwise, I will be hungry in the middle of the night until the morning.

Not bad, but too far from downtown Ubud

Located in remote part of Ubud, surrounded by rice fields, offers spacious rooms with private pools, a good experience for people trying to get a break from hustle bustle of city life. Friendly and welcoming staff! However, there are almost no activities to indulge in and breakfast is ala carte (as opposed to buffet)

Went there only for a day with family. The rooms are large and have there own pool. The food is good. Being villa type hotel, there are lot of insects and lizards. The food tastes good however the breakfast was a big disappointment. My kids look forward to buffet breakfast but this hotel does not have that. They have fixed menu with limited options for breakfast. The omelette that we ordered was extremely oily, as if done on purpose to ensure you get a feeling of filled tummy. If you looking for a secluded hotel, away from the hustle bustle of the city, you may prefer this.

Spacious rooms, well maintained private pool. Overall very good place to stay in Ubud. Fresh fruits and fruit juice served. Breakfast was nice. They also provide bikes on rent. Spa was excellent. Also, very polite and cooperative staff..

A small quaint property with a helpful staff. The villas with private pool give you a personalized experience. However, the food was horrible. Preparation of any of the dishes was not worth. They claim to provide Indian meals but it's a thorough disappointment.

Went there for our honeymoon trip. Room was beautifully decorated and view was gorgeous. Food was quite nice. Special thanks to Kadek. He helped us a lot and made our experience memorable. We will visit again. Highly recommended.

The rooms are nice but the hotel gives limited breakfast (one set of meal) which is not supposed to happen as the breakfast is complimentary and unlimited. The hotel staff is very stubborn and rude. Please confirm these things before booking.
