It’s located in a busy area and just only suitable for the ones who want to explore around Ubud. From our experience, we had spent long hours on the road around Ubud to reach hotel due to higher volume of traffic. 
But , hotel is not that bad , it’s worth price to stay.

浴室水龍頭水量小,忽冷忽熱,洗了2天冷水澡，飯店偏舊,濕度較重，往中庭落地門鎖頭卡卡很難開，唯一長處是房間很寬敞。

The water in the bathroom faucet is small, and it is hot and cold. I took a cold shower for 2 days. The hotel is old and the humidity is high. The lock on the French door to the atrium is stuck and it is difficult to open. The only advantage is that the room is very spacious.

Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel lors de notre séjour.  Après 5 minutes au sein de la suite junior voici notre avis . Le seul point positif est la salle de bain qui est neuve.  La chambre est spacieuse mais nous avons constaté la présence d’humidité dans la chambre. Les murs s’écaillent, la literie sent l’humidité. Lors de la vérification de la propreté, nous avons constaté de nombreuses taches de saleté sur la literie, sur le sol ainsi que sur les rideaux.  Nous avons demandé un remboursement des 5 nuits auprès de la réception. Nous tenons à souligner tout de même le professionnalisme du personnel qui a remboursé sans poser de questions.  Nous ne conseillons pas cet endroit.

We opted for this hotel during our stay. After 5 minutes in the junior suite here is our opinion. The only positive point is the bathroom which is new. The room is spacious but we noticed the presence of humidity in the room. The walls are peeling, the bedding smells of damp. When checking the cleanliness, we found many dirt stains on the bedding, on the floor as well as on the curtains. We requested a refund for the 5 nights from reception. We would still like to highlight the professionalism of the staff who reimbursed without asking any questions. We do not recommend this place.

So the pictures of a hotel and suites overlooking the rice patties are a huge scam. There is a massive construction project happening in the area that our room was overlooking. Construction workers are working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Everything from steelworkers grinding and welding away, to brick workers running their cements mixers and gravel trucks, to bulldozers and ground moving equipment digging and working non stop. There is no manager at this property and when requested was always informed he is at another property and might come in again in a day or 2. In the 5 days we stayed there I did not get to see the manager once. He is obviously staying away as he does not want to deal with customers asking questions. When I questions the general staff about the construction and the failure of the hotel to warn us before arrival i was simple told our booking is non refundable and that the hotel has not had the chance to change the marketing pictures. Breakfast service is slow and pretty much non existent. If you are lucky enough to receive it is is pretty much 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast, 1 small mushroom and one slice of tomato. The problem is although you give your order the day before, it is never ready on time and the service is absolutely pathetic. We will receive our eggs and when we ask about the toast we it will only be delivered 35 minutes later, they dont care if you eat a cold breakfast here.

The rooms are spacious and light. No concern about the cleanliness. There is a well accessible and pleasant swimming pool (only point to improve: view). Breakfast is simple but sufficient (programmed in the evening). The hotel has a 10's service, but maybe a little insufficient in number at some times of the day. This hotel is still a good price-quality hotel.

This has to be our favorite place that we stayed here in Bali! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We even joined in one evening on the evening offering. They also had a free shuttle into the Ubud center area so that was pretty lovely.
