Is there any hygiene at all? A house full of bugs! There are even gecko-like creatures! I was bitten in many places! Let’s take a look at the photos! Now my whole body is itching and my heartbeat is racing! On the way to the hospital! We advise everyone to be cautious when checking in! life first

I booked a luxury room on their site They checked me in a terrible room, no privacy, facing the stairs, whn I asked to change they said hotel was fully booked and all guest are in their rooms atm. Then while waiting to find a solution, a shuttle buss arrived with around 5 or 7 people, who hasn't checked in yet! And they refused to change my room still. Then they said no manager avaialable to talk to. Later we had to take the terrible room because we had no option after arriving from a long trip. Smells mold, noise coming from outside, generator or something, guest upstairs is noisy, you can hear people moving around because of location, we left the hotel and they did t even refund or change room! They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and not a boutique hotel as they calim to be.

The staff are incredibly lovely and were very accomodating. The room was very big with a good layout and nice design. Balcony also a good size. Comfy bean bags by the pool and a good sized pool that wasnt in use by others much. A little shaded but good to escape the heat for an hour. If you want to be walking distance to central Ubud this is a good choice and great value :)

While the staff at the hotel were friendly, my overall experience was marred by a severe case of food poisoning after dining at the establishment. Despite the kindness of the personnel, the management's response to the situation was disappointing. There was a lack of acknowledgment, communication, and compensation for the ordeal. Improvement in handling guest grievances, especially regarding health and safety, is strongly recommended Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at your hotel. After dining at your establishment and consuming the fried noodles, I unfortunately suffered from a severe case of food poisoning. Despite informing your staff of my condition, I was disheartened by the repeated questioning regarding my meal consumption, with phrases such as, "But didn't you also eat something else?" This line of inquiry was not only insensitive but also failed to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. Local medical professionals advised me to inform the hotel management of my illness, stating that such communication was customary and essential. I requested direct contact from the management to provide them with necessary information, but regrettably, no such communication occurred. Furthermore, I was shocked to receive the bill for the meal, presented to me the day before my departure, while I was still in a state of extreme discomfort. Despite clearly indicating my dissatisfaction to the management, I was expected to settle the bill immediately. I adhered to local customs by addressing the payment during the check-out process. While I understand that food poisoning incidents can occur, particularly in Bali, the handling of this situation by your management was profoundly disappointing. There was no formal acknowledgment of the issue, nor any form of compensation offered. Upon consultation with local authorities, I have learned that such practices are not uncommon. In conclusion, I urge your establishment to reevaluate its protocols for handling guest grievances, particularly those concerning health and safety. I hope that in the future, incidents such as these will be addressed with the seriousness and professionalism they warrant.

Its a beautiful boutique hotel in Ubud, we have stayed there twice during our stay. The location is great, no noise from the main street, food was really good at the restaurant and I can highly recommend this place.

We had a really calm and wonderful stay at Tetirah Boutique Hotel. It is quiet and nicely a little out of the way of the (now very) busy hubbub of Ubud centre but within easy walking distance or a very short scooter ride - which makes it a perfect location for visiting Ubud and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly lovely and pleasant. Always attentive but never overbearing. Would highly recommend Tetirah and gladly come back again.

That’s how to descrive hotel Tetira in four words. The people working there are the most sweetest and always there to help. The room was clean and specious, beds good and the bathroom one from a four-star hotel! The pool is clean but some more beds would be welcome. The breakfast had to be ordered a day before wich was sometimes a bit unconvinient. It was fresh though and we could choose from different things. With just a 10-minute walk to the crowded streets it was very well located. If you are searching for a very calm, almost zen-like experience, visit Tetira!

Spacious and fairly clean room. Possibility to use the pool and they also provide the appropriate towels. The breakfast is excellent and you choose the area before from the menu what to eat and the time. One morning we could not have breakfast because we left early and so they prepared a breakfast box with banana pancakes and fresh fruit. Excellent location for visiting Ubud, about 15 minutes walk from the center.

Small charming hotel, well located (approx. 10-15 minutes walk from the center) with a small swimming pool (cool) and a lovely and extremely friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. Pretty rooms. Too bad the roosters and hens wake us up very early...

The Tetirah boutique hotel in Ubud is a small charming hotel a little set back from the bustling center of Ubud that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The staff is lovely and helpful. Special mention to Dewik our breakfast waitress. The place is relaxing between two visits. At night there is a little noise because of the roosters and the non-stop traffic, but this is specific to Balinese cities and you just need to bring earplugs. I recommend it!

The stay, although short, was great. Good room, clean, good breakfast and best of all, the attention of the staff. Friendly, very professional and eager to make sure our stay was the best possible. I especially recommend the Balinese massage. Spectacular!!! Central and convenient to get around Ubud

The Tetirah hotel has a lot of charm, a small, well-decorated residence close to the city center (10 minutes on foot). Our room had a balcony and a view of the pool. All the staff are friendly, smiling and helpful. Great breakfast with fresh products. We feasted. Good restaurant also with reasonable prices. The only downside is the noise, poorly soundproofed rooms and a lot of noise in the street (traffic at all hours and barking dogs). But like everywhere in the center of Ubud. Bring earplugs.

The room was the only thing we liked, the hotel when you enter has a very cold appearance and the staff also shows the energy as very sad and well the breakfast, I won't even tell you that it wasn't even breakfast, the bread couldn't even be eaten, The eggs had a very strange taste and were super poorly cooked, anyway, if you go there, don't book with breakfast, you're seriously going to be disappointed… the hotel is cheap but I wouldn't go back there
