The hotel is convenient for traveling. Near Tops Plaza, near Lotus, the rooms are clean, the reception staff are smiling and hospitable, including the staff in the morning restaurant. Very good service The rooms are fully equipped. There is a hair dryer provided. Come to Phayao next time and will come to stay again.

All the staff were smiling and it was a pleasant stay.
There were no amenities so I had to go buy some. There is a supermarket nearby but it was a bit of a walk and it was hot.
The shower faucet was not fixed and looked like it was about to break.

Very good service, clean, nice place to stay. The owner is very cute. I woke up and went down to eat and found someone greeting the service users. The price you reserve is not expensive. Plus there's breakfast. The breakfast is good, but compared to this price, it's really worth it. Overall very good, impressed. The water and bathroom are good. We got level 5 and the view is good.

Close to the main road (and yet slightly set back from it, which means that there is no nuisance from the traffic), a few kilometers away from the lake (a negative for those who seek a place close to it), Dee hotel was in-line with our expectations for our overnight stay. Our room was clean and quite spacious; breakfast was OK (we did not like the cold fried eggs in the morning though). A good choice on the way to Chiang Mai!
