ห้องพักสะอาด เดินทางสะดวก ไม่ไกลจากMRT ใกล้7-11 ของกินเยอะ

Clean, spacious place. They do not provide toothbrush, not too big of an issue though. For the price.. its a few minutes walk to the Fortune mall and there is a small local place for street foot nearby. Only negative for me is that the sound proving may not be good and street noise from the road is heard. Mostly motor bikes.

Great value, clean. Walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants.

Overall, this place location is perfect! Not too far from the main city, walking distance to Central Rama 9 and Jodd Fairs Market, few minutes away (via GrabBike) to Silom and Sukhumvit and many local food along the street. It also has 7eleven situated at the nearby building. The unit is very huge with sala, kitchen, bedroom and huge toilet and bath with own balcony perfect for guests who want to smoke. It’s a private residence not your typical hotel but it’s a condo style so expect it’s bigger than the usual hotel rooms and it’s price is very reasonable and affordable.

There are very few tourists, which means it is quiet. The local food is very cheap and not expensive. Just across the road is the Jode Night Market and there are 2 department stores. It is only 40 baht to go to BID C by motorcycle.

เดินจาก MRT แล้วเข้าซอยอีกที ถือว่าไกลพอสมควร

The location of the accommodation is good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the MRT station, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Chetfair Night Market, but the walking path is not good. There are always motorcycles and cars passing in the alley in front of the accommodation. Looks like I have to request cleaning. I stayed for 3 days but they didn't clean it even once. The bed condition was terrible. The street noise is too much. The sound of the motorcycle is amazing. Not even soundproofed. The location is good, so I recommend paying more and tying it somewhere else.

เดินทางมากรุงเทพต้องมาแวะพักที่นี่ตลอด สะดวกสบาย มีห้างสรรพสินค้า มีรถไฟฟ้าmrtพระราม9อยู่ใกล้ แต่เสียที มดเยอะคะ ถ้ากินอาหาร แนะนำให้ เอาไปทิ้งเลยไม่งั้นมดมาแน่

Very good. The location is also very good. It's very close to BTS and 7-11 is opposite. It's really good. I recommend business people to use this place. It's very convenient.
