Receptionist, bell boy, restaurant waitress all good and work with efficiency, especially Elfa who served ala carte breakfast in the morning restaurant, only Elfa to serve almost 7 tables but she still keep her smiling face serve with patience although it's a busy morning for her. Coffee serve by the restaurant very nice. Room cleanliness can be better, found hair clip and needle on toilet floor, drainage flow from the shower area also can be upgraded, water flow to outside shower area due to no close up shower area. Overall it's a good stay for travellers hang to Escape Park, it's less than 5 mins drive to Escape.

This is third time I stayed in this hotel and the services never disappointed me. The food as usual are delicious.

Need to improve how to get the faster check in and the staff during check in time are not friendly and never smile . But the rest are very helpful and friendly.. at the night time one's of the staff give my child a lollipop 🫰🏻

Good option for people who want to stay in Bahang Bay. Comfy and clean hotel. Also very near to the Penang Escape Park and Entopia which ease our journey. Worry less about parking. Very recommended 👍🏼❤️ ((Forgot to take interior hotel room. Just few room view))

Worth every penny i would say, it’s really worth it. the bread pudding is the best! salute the chef. Will definitely repeat again at this place. FUN FUN FUN i would say! nexttime i go penang i’ll go to this place. So comfy and clean.

Check in and check out process smooth. The room so nice. enjoying the view from level 12. Sejadah and iron already prepare in the room. Parking a lot around the hotel. Swimming pool also good. Can use bycycle for riadah around the hotel. Also have buggy service if u want to go to the beach. Just opposite to the hotel..u can walk also to go to the beach..breakfast just nice with variety of choice (maybe can add spageti and penang food signature also)😄. Overall i enjoying my stay here. Keep give a good services 👏🏼
