Buen hotel. Buenas habitaciones. descanso adecuado, sin ruidos. El hall del hotel muy agradable. La atención del personal de destacar (aunque nadie habla español). Lo peor del hotel es su ubicación. a 10 minutos de la estación de tren pero en dirección inversa al centro de la ciudad, aunque del hotel al centro no se tarda mas de 20 minutos andando. Eso si la vuelta es todo cuesta arriba. El precio, económico, como todos los ibis. RECOMENDADO!

Excellent hotel close to everything in Basel and great transport connections. Staff are lovely and very welcoming, rooms having everything you need and are clean and well kept. Breakfast is continental and well stocked and there is a little bar if you want to grab a quick drink in the evening. This is fast becoming my "go to" hotel when travelling on business...... keep up the great work!

A five night stay at Basel covering Christmas using this hotel as a central point for a few trips to locations such as Waldshut, Interlaken and the Rigi.

Hôtel bien placé près de la gare et personnel très serviable et souriant , literie confortable. Le centre est proche également et le buffet petit déjeuner st très bien fourni rien à dire je retournerais.

I booked early check in for my friend,everything was well organised. Room was on the first floor far from lift,which I really appreciated;quiet. The hotel is well situated just few minutes walking from Basel Hauptbahnof. Hotel provide a ticket for free public transport upon arrival in paper. All good.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dell'Immacolata. Ottima la posizione poiché alle spalle della stazione centrale e vicino alla fermata dei bus. Camera matrimoniale non molto spaziosa ma nella norma. Bagno nuovo con doccia triangolare ma con l'anta della cabina che non si chiudeva bene. Ambiente pulito, personale alla reception disponibile: c'è anche una receptionist italiana di Lecco. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione poichè il costo era elevato (20 CHF) e si può tranquillamente fare colazione all'interno della stazione per molto meno! Il costo del soggiorno è corrispondente alla media dei prezzi svizzeri (SALATISSIMI).

Very nice Ibis hotel superbly located nearby the train station, walking distance to tramways and buses. Small hotel with ibis rooms standards well maintained and clean. Small bar at lobby level. Friendly and welcoming TEAM. At the hotel they give you a card enabling you to take all public transportation within Basel and to Airport.

Very welcoming and polite receptionists. room was clean, a little small but everything you need in it. food at breakfast was plenty and we had a nice local beer at the bar. Basel was interesting and great for sightseeing .

My wife and I have just stayed here for 2 nights. Fantastic location located over a bridge behind the railway station, so only a short walk to the city centre and the immediate area is actually very quiet. There's a huge Coop a few minutes walk away if you fancy buying your own breakfast to take back to your room, as I did this morning. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and very informative when I asked them questions about the city and the validity of the Basel card. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. This Ibis was immensely pleasant compared to other hotels belonging to this chain that I have stayed in in the last few years (Lausanne, Munich, Prague). I doubt we will return to Basel anytime soon but if we were to, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for our very comfortable stay :-)

Prima locatie, op loopafstand van station en centrum. Ontbijt was ook keurig. In de badkamer hing alleen een vieze lucht gedurende het hele verblijf.

Hotel Ibis sempre una garanzia. Alle spalle della stazione centrale e a 100 metri da qualsiasi mezzo pubblico e tram, arrivi dovunque. Scelto per visitare i mercatini di Natale di Basilea e Colmar. Personale efficiente e cortese il giusto. Stanza 3°piano, ampia con finestrone, tv smart 50 pollici con canali italiani, letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma con piatto doccia ampio. Hanno anche sala per colazione e ristorante, ma non ne ho usufruito. Comodità ed efficienza (Svizzera s'intende) Consigliato.

Hôtel 2* très propre. Le personnel est très sympa. Les chambres assez grandes et la Basel Card est un grand plus. Avec cette carte tout les transports était gratuits et les musées a 50% moins chère.je recommand

Great location just a few minutes walk from the railway station and airport bus stop. Good size room. Decent bathroom with a good shower. Large TV with lots of English channels including BBC and ITV!! Breakfast was ample with selection of cereals, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts. Hot options of scrambled eggs, sausage, beans and cook your own soft/ hard boiled eggs. Several different breads and pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juices. In all made for a good start to the day. Room 525 has a strange smell in the bathroom which we reported. Also as this was our first visit to Switzerland we didn’t realise they have their own plug sockets not used elsewhere. Only one power point in the room with a power cube. All ok if you have a Swiss power adapter but they do have them to borrow from reception. Power cube has USB a/b sockets but not USB c. Overall a good stay.
