Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and is ideal location for connections locally and train station, plus Bus to the Airport. Hotel gives a free public transport tickets for the duration of the stay which is very handy.

Luxurious hotel near the train station in Basel. They provided a higher level room and issued Transport Cards for free travel around the city.

We were at the tattoo. The location is excellent for that. The reception was friendly and prompt. The room was pleasantly large and had everything you could need. The wet room was also large and equipped with everything. The beds are very good and comfortable. The hotel is quiet, we slept well. We will stay here again. What was negative for us was the high price for the breakfast buffet. We ate somewhere else.

The only advantage is the proximity to the Basel SBB stake and transport facilities. Beware if you arrive late at night, the hotel will be closed, there is no reception.

When I arrived, I learned that the check-in exit was on the other side, and I was a little embarrassed with my luggage. The service attitude of the staff is good, but the room is very small, and the bathroom cannot separate dry and wet areas at all, so water can easily splash out when taking a shower.
