Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

Hotel in a large complex right in front of Bavaro beach. The facilities are good, although compared to other hotels I miss an infinity pool. What I liked least was the quality of the food, worse than expected, and the service a bit slow. For several days they did not refill the minibar.

The hotel is very good, whether it is sanitation, environment, greening, or entertainment activities. The catering is even better! The French restaurant, teppanyaki, Italian, Spanish, and Peruvian restaurants are particularly good! Every service staff is very serious.
