I didn't like it very much, the room has no windows; breakfast is not to your appetite, you can only eat some fruit and milk, other foods such as dried bacon are not good; in the end, the price is a bit high and the price-performance ratio is not good.

The sink had a leak in it and they didn’t have a maintenance man at night. So they gave us a bunch of towels to put on the floor. Plus when we arrived the key would not work and they had to call the maintenance guy to put a new battery in.

It’s was a nice stay I enjoyed, i was charged twice on my credit card for holds I didn’t understand that was the only problem I had , the staff was friendly and the room was clean☺️ that’s a a big plus for me☺️

Had to ask for our room to be clean and they charge you parking tax for each day you stay if you have a car.

Book and payed for a room for 4, with 2 queen beds and a sofa cama, and they change it for a one King bed and a sofa cama. My husband had to sleep on the floor. They gave no alternative and charged me $342.00 for one night. They said it was ******* fault- “******* let people buy rooms that are not available”.

This was THE perfect vacation spot for me and my family. There is so much to do within walking distance and big malls and outlets malls are within a 30 minute drive. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is a notch above professional and courtesy. 10 stars...

This was a very nice property with a ****** and restaurant adjacent next door (part of same compound). The hotel staff were very nice, especially our housekeeper, Sarah, who made sure we were happy with our room. I experienced some "sticker shock" after being billed an unexpected couple of hundred dollars after checkout. I booked hotel through ******* as part of an all-inclusive trip. I suspect this is an issue with ******* more than the hotel.

This hotel was farther from the airport and pier than I thought it was. Even with that it was a nice room, quiet, safe, very hospitable, and an excellent breakfast included. Staff were very helpful. Take an Uber rather than a taxi service as it will be much cheaper.

Our room had mold on the wall. Water pressure was horrible, unable to fill bathtub, because the water was cold by the time it even covered the bottom of the tub. Worse Hyatt hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

What we did not like was the area around this very good hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel cafe was pretty good for the price (a free buffet breakfast is included in your stay). The music (karaoke) on Friday night was too loud and made checking in challenging to hear the front desk staff.

cleaning service skipped my room and when I asked for towels since the room wasn't cleaned, I did not get any until the following afternoon. Staff takes too long to replace empty dishes during breakfast time which result in a very long line for breakfast.

I stood from Thursday to Saturday my room was never cleaned. But the staff was amazing even the people i saw cleaning rooms and around the hotel. Absolutely amazing personalities, made me feel at home. Had a great time thank you, give every one raises!

This was an excellent choice. Easy access to all major highways and the convenience of easy parking and security. Very friendly staff and great breakfast choices. Overall, this place is fantastic.

The room was very spacious, well-maintained, clean and quiet (ours room was on backside). The included breakfast was good and breakfast area is very spacious. It’s very close to some shopping options ( convenience store, Walmart, mall). Lobby is nice and staff was very friendly. ****** and restaurant on property was convenient. The downside was no microwave in room, outdoor pool is small, no availability of coffee or juice in lobby (like in some hotels) except for breakfast time. There are no outdoor facilities for activity.
