### Hotel Accommodation Review To be frank, let me state my conclusion first (personal opinion): I do not recommend it. My stay was disappointing, and I would not stay there again. Here are a few examples from my personal experience (I stayed in a family suite at Le Nest this time): **I. Disorganized Management** The hotel's overall management lacked order. Check-in was chaotic and time-consuming at the front desk. A deposit was required for check-in, but it wasn't collected at the front desk. Staff later chased me to my room to collect it on my card (claiming they forgot). Upon check-out, remembering previous guests' complaints about delayed deposit refunds, I casually asked the front desk how long it took for the deposit to be refunded. The staff looked shocked and asked, "You paid a deposit?" (My inner monologue: Why the difference between paying and not paying?) They only proved me wrong when I produced the receipt from the POS machine from the previous night. —> I don't question the hotel's deposit policy, but this whole experience revealed a lack of professionalism in the process, management, and staff. This same feeling extended to other aspects of service and management. **II. Rooms Severely Different from Advertised Images** (with attached photos) The actual room differs greatly from the pictures displayed on the booking platform (buyer's show vs. seller's show). The rooms on the Ctrip website appear spacious and bright, but the actual space is small and cramped (it actually feels quite oppressive). **III. Unreasonable Pet Policy and Lack of Amenities** The hotel allows pets and charges a 200 RMB cleaning fee (which is the main reason why J chose this hotel), but related amenities are severely lacking: 1. **Pet facilities in the room were only brought to the room after I repeatedly inquired and reminded them, but to no avail.** There is no pet activity area in the entire hotel; 2. **Too Many Restrictions and Unclear Signage**: Pets are prohibited from entering public areas such as the restaurant and gym (but the signage is unclear), and there are no temporary boarding points or public dog parking spaces, making it extremely inconvenient for guests with pets; 3. **Lax Management**: I repeatedly observed other guests letting their pets roam freely without leashes, posing a safety hazard, but the hotel failed to remind or manage this. In short, choosing a hotel boils down to budget, location convenience, public facilities, cleanliness, and soft services—you have to give something up and make sacrifices. But for me, choosing this one was solely because it allowed pets. However, there are many other high-quality guesthouses with pets available, and this will likely be my first and last choice.
