The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but the bins hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests and there was no air conditioning/fan running when we arrived so it wasn’t pleasant. The fridge was leaking water and destroyed quite a bit of food overnight. The air conditioner wouldn’t adjust so it was either freezing cold or boiling hot and the tv remote barely worked. When we were preparing to leave, we also found someone else’s shoes still in the cabin. There were also only three plates in the cupboard. The bed was comfortable and it is well located.

Good cabin and looked exactly like the pictures. The cabin had a little bit of dust and dirt but not overly bad. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Only issue was I parked in my allocatted bay but when I returned later that night it was taken by someone elses van. Not the staffs fault im assuming

Cabin needed some repairs, with glass entry and screen door rolling shut as floors are on a slope, shower screen seal needs replacing, bed mattress uncomfortable, fly screens have holes, but location is great and park features good with kids play area, pool and small laundry.

Walking into a cockroach infested kitchen , housekeeping is of a very poor standard window frames and screens were very dirty . Seen Naomi at front desk asked if the cabin could be serviced , came back late afternoon nothing had been done . Unfortunately for the cost per night I could have stayed at a motel of higher standards . Thanks for the disappointment 👎

Really enjoyed our stay at Big4. Close to town and beach. Cabin was tidy and everyone was friendly.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a new 3 bedroom villa by the welcoming staff(they were lovely). The unit was very spacious and would be excellent for a family or group of 6-8. Luggage storage in bedroom was a little short but we were lucky could use spare room. Could be a little noisy as it is right on the road to Pallarenda however you cant control fools in cars! Other than that it was excellent. Beautiful views verandah to eat dinner or just sit and relax. Great staff, great unit great location. Excellent price as we were upgraded free of charge. Dedinitely would stay again:)

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The front desk staff had welcoming smiles & our check in was made easy. Our en-suite studio cabin was a reasonable size, considering it was open plan, with a deck for an afternoon drink. The caravan park itself is across the road from the beach with a walking track in either direction if you want to stretch your legs, which we did. It’s only a 2min drive or 5min walk to a small group of shops, which is very convenient. We were only there for a quick overnight stay, however it’s location, friendly staff and many facilities impressed us, and we won’t hesitate to book a few extra nights when we return next year

Quick Check-in. Nikki & her Team were very helpful. Personal car park outside the Cabin. Comfortable bed & fantastic Shower. Bus Stops in both directions 50m away. It was so good that l booked with them for next year.

Loved the quietness of the park and the easy walk accross the road to the picturesque beach and walks

Very clean and fully equipt cabins.

Happy with the ensuite cabin. Was comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed for a long weekend.

I didn't receive any instructions for arrival after office closure. A person came to our aid and knew the code to the lock box.

great place for a relaxing stay within mins to city!

cabins well laid out, good aircon :) only downside was could leave a single crumb, or food items on bench due to tiny crazy ants finding everything edible, even in plastic bags or fridge bags
