Excellent location and services for the price I paid. The breakfast offer was satisfying. The room was mostly well maintained except the minibar cabinet.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage treatment. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

Called a spa hotel, it's essentially just a small pool in the basement. The rooms are spacious, but the facilities are dated and the decor is sketchy. The customer service is incredibly slow, far inferior to the nearby Sofitel.
