The room is big and the breakfast bread is delicious

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and access to the sauna and steam room located inside the gym. Will definitely be back when I visit Biel again.

Everything a bit dented and old, not clean (stains on carpet and towels), used capsules in the nespresso machine. Reception not staffed at most time involving a wait and when there cannot help. WiFi did not work despite asking multiple times. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Rooms are dated with dents and stains, reception is never staffed and one always has to wait (also reception couldn't help with Wifi issues so remained unresolved), the coffee machine had old capsules in it (no idea how long they were in there...). Overall a major disappointed and unsure what justifies the price here.

Lovely hotel very close to the train station. Updated rooms and comfortable bed. I only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for an overnight stay.

I am extremely disappointed in the guest hospitality services of Hotel Elite. Certainly not befitting to an ‘4 star’ hotel, more like 1 or 2 star! And for such a price! After forgetting a personal article in the room, I contacted the hotel the very next day to schedule a pick up. (As I live abroad, hoped to avoid them mailing it.) There was an incredible amount of apathy to my situation (apart from the reception not picking up the phone) and only after about 40 phone calls, did they inform me tersely the article hadn’t been found! This couldn’t be true, as I know for a fact, that I had left it in the hotel bathroom. This could only mean that the item was simply discarded, or was taken by the housekeeping. I have wasted a good deal of time and effort, as well as lost an expensive possession. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, consumers beware!!

The room was okay, clean and everything you'd expect to find was there. Could of perhaps done with some instructions for the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, but I figured it out eventually. Only complaint would be the breakfast. It was poor for the money. The hot stuff was cold and the cold stuff wasn't replenished quickly enough.

I had to call a number listed on the front desk phone to get a staff member to appear and check me in, and that was the last time I saw anyone at the front desk during my entire stay (including check out, as you prepay upon arrival and just drop your keys in a box upon departure). The hotel is centrally located and just a block from the train station, and my small suite was very comfortable, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated in modern art deco style, and reasonably priced. The breakfast available in the top floor dining room was more than adequate. So, I would rate this as a good place to stay based on location, room, and pricing -- but if you need a bellman, concierge, room service, or any service at all beyond housekeeping, this is not the place to find it.

Rooms need refurbishing. internet did not work. Hotel receptionists were not so friendly. Only person who was very nice was the lady taking care of the breakfast buffet. Price was too high: 188 CHF for one night.

The hôtel ois quite nice, the staff was friendly as well (except one employee at the breakfast buffet) and they gave me a quiet room after I asked for one. Yet, although the facilities are of good quality, the general standard is not outstanding and the breakfast is way too expensive! 28 chf for a very small buffet!

One night in Biel and we enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and had a touch of elegance....fluffy towels, great amenities/lotions, bathrobes. Skip expensive breakfast here, lots of cafes nearby. Glad we chose this hotel for our visit.

The director is very ******. I have been coming to this hotel since twenty years. They still treat us very badly. This year they charged us more than zurich and geneve.. The value for price is very bad. There is no much options in biel bienne. And this hotel plays the monopoly game
