Can't book and everything has to be a walk-in, no need to show oyo pictures if you can't book, less than satisfactory, money can't be redeemed

I was shocking during arrival, staffs are not friendly at all. I was requested to pay extra even I paid through online. The worst was seeing the room. No towel provided even with mineral water. I came late around 9.30 pm so they said item not provided if come late. So this will be my last time here. To others this place not a place to stay. You'll regret
