訂的是豪套，前台給房卡給的是商務標間？進房後怎麼都不理解，這套房的照騙也太驚人了吧。在反覆自我懷疑後，選擇打電話重新確認，結果前台告知需要後台確認？我訂的什麼房你們後台查詢不是幾分鐘的事嗎？讓我在房間裏等了快10分鐘？ 後告知確實弄錯了？？？豪套和商標價格不一樣吧！這都能弄錯？如果顧客不提前提出質疑，是問我退房那天會主動給我退差價嗎？出差商旅過來據説是當地最好的酒店。這種服務態度，實在是不敢恭維。 告知會給我換房後，讓我拖着沉重的行李重新返回一樓拿卡？？？真的很搞笑！你們工作的失誤為何讓我跑上跑下如此折騰？也沒有一句道歉。遂拒之，直接要求在新的房間電梯口等他們把房卡送上來。 好傢伙，又讓我在樓梯間站着等了15分鐘。 豪套的馬桶都是壞的，客廳的廁所沖水下不去，卧室的廁所能自鳴一晚上。 總體感覺很差勁，以後不會訂。

上一次來 還是兩年前 那時候除了空調不太涼 其他還行吧 説的過去 號稱泌陽最好 這次住 衞生極差！ 大廳和房間相差太多！ 屋裡一股黴味 角落全是臟！ 最可氣的 洗完澡 上床睡覺 半夜醒了 全身都是紅色的疹子 癢得直接睡不了了 起床車上坐一會 消了 5點多和前台説了這個情況 前台和我説 她和領導反應下 就沒然後了 太氣人了 也不知道是被子太臟了 還是床單太臟了！ 拉黑了 以後不會再去了 希望回家的人 慎重選擇！

服務態度非常不好，差評，30度的天氣不給空調，一再找他們協商説空調正在清洗，給了一個電風扇，接電話姓吳的總枱服務員説不住可以走，讓我們去住小旅館，服務實在太差勁，差評！

停車比較便利，看着高大上，內部設施還可以，傢俱有些污漬，衞生還有提高空間，檔次還可以，衞生細節還是差點，早餐一般，管理相對維也納差很多，衞生間打掃不夠仔細。
