P_aid full price and the fitness facility was closed due to flooding in Jan. The location advertised the fitness facility as available. No compensation for lack of facility.

We had a good stay here before flying out of the Boca Airport, which is very close by. There are good restaurants right beside the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was comfortable. Loved that we received a first floor. Grounds were beautiful thought it came with a continental breakfast however you had to pay for that.

This was a miserable hotel experience all around. The cafe saff at breakfast were wonderful but the hotel was NOTHING like the photos. It was a dump. We paid over $200 total for our stay including overpriced pre packaged Starbucks breakfast sandwhiches and I will never do it again. The hotel hallways were dingy, the main elevator was not working so we had to carry all of our baggage up the stairs. When we opened the door to the hallway the stench was awful as we walked through the hall it only got worse and worse and smelled like old vomit and mildew. It peaked as we walked by the ice machine, and when we walked into our room it smelled like the windows hadn’t been open in months and it smelled damp. Overall won’t be staying here again

The staff was not very accommodating when I wanted a late checkout and made me reserve and pay for the room for another day and night.

In process of painting evident within facility. Ice machine not operating on my floor walking around to other floors to find ice. While speaking with a surgeon that I have been trying to reach regarding my son's injuries and surgery could barely hear him due to multiple smoke alarms. Hotel said they were checking system but had not previously informed guests

The fire alarm went off over 7 times. When I called the front desk they said it was just a test. 7 times, a test? Then upon check out they admitted they were having alarm issues but we had to deal with it. Very unprofessional, disrespectful. I watched the way the front desk clerk spoke with customers....her attitude was awful. Rosie from housekeeping was kind and went out of her way for guests. She was wonderful!

The room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Double beds were very small for 2 adults to sleep in together. Bathroom clean and balcony was cute but tiny, no room for chairs. My biggest complaint was the air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud. Every time it kicked on it woke us up. I feel the price is a little steep for such a basic room. I guess it’s the location that costs a lot. Overall nice but wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Got woken at 8:20 by fire alarm testing. Elevators inop during this time. Seems like testing could be done between check out and check in.

The room was very nice. Small coffee maker and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was dismal. I tried to see if I could fix it. I think it was a water saver. Barely any water came out of the shower head. There is only weekly maid service. Early in the pandemic this was normal. I thought, now, maid service was back on. There was no way to opt in to service. The location is good. The staff was nice.

I just love the convince and location for this hotel. Clean and everything is close by. Restaurants, mall,fuel.

THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER RENOVATION AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF WASN'T ATTENTIVE. OVERALL THE LOCATION WAS GREAT!!
