Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet sufficient, varied and tasty. Bar still has great service and nibbles possible even late in the evening. Room was clean, nicely furnished and large. Highly recommended all around!

The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again for my business trip, yes I really would.

stay was very good, nice and clean new facility. good breakfast and free charging for our EV car. On the negative side, we have our check-in process very complicated as we were told to do it with their computerized reception software I must say that entering the hotel after 14 hours on the road you really would like to have human assistance and smile…

By the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. We checked in on 21st having driven from the UK with 5 children to attend a funeral. The overnight receptionist was extremely unhelpful. Refused to assist with any of the check in process, until the system failed 4/5 times and he had not choice in order to remove the crying babies from the reception area. The bedding has a wet/damp smell. We then left again the next day and were not advised of the parking process or the need to reserve parking. When attempting to gain access to drop the children off, we were met with resistence again by the same overnight receptionist who laughed in our faces as he saw us struggle with the kids. I would go as far as saying he has a problem with people of ethnic minority - if your skin colour is not Caucasian - don’t book this hotel. To their credit, the day time staff were helpful, but not enough to make this anywhere near a pleasant experience. Avoid - there are other hotels who know how to treat families and children with care.

I stayed here for 4 nights as part of a business trip. The check in process was smooth and the team were very welcoming. There were some gingerbread biscuits on offer throughout the day which was a nice treat. I had a room on the 2nd floor close to the fitness centre. The room was clean, modern and functional. The bathroom was spacious with a hair dryer and a plug for shavers / electric toothbrushes. The room was a bit cold and AC / Heating unit didn’t see to work as expected. I The downside was the shower with a half glass partition and a relatively flat floor, This meant that when showering, the water would run off into the bathroom. I had to use the towels provided to clean up after every shower. Breakfast was pleasant with a selection of warm and cold options, various bread and spread options. Juice, water and coffee was readily available. The staff in the restaurant were very good. There is a conference and business centre here located on the first floor. The hotel also offers parking onsite.

The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The shower is powerful which is an important feature when booking a hotel. The staff are very friendly especially Jess and Antonio at the bar. The hotel is close to all amenities, shops, banks and restaurants. The breakfast is great as well. Not a fan of the coffee but that's me. Looking forward to our next visit in December 2023. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Great place to stay, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast. People are friendly even if the guy who did our check-in seemed to know nothing about the area and was not able to aswer questions as simple as public transportation. And may I suggest that you add some info about the eco-sticker you need to travel by car to the hotel ? We were not aware of it and found it just before starting thanks to Waze but couldn't buy it until the day after as we arrived on a Sunday. Knowing that before travelling would have been great and allow us to take care of it easily before leaving home.
