Elevator has more noise

Hotel was below average. When we first checked in we got 1/4 rooms we booked the other 3 were the wrong rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We went down and told them and they argued and gave us another room. However, the next time we go to the lobby they told us they cleaned the initial room and that we would have to move back in because another party needed the room we were placed in. All they did was spray some cleaning solution to mask the smell. We told them no and they argued again. Fast forward to the next day. Once again they told us we had to move back into the sewage room and we told them no and they were about to make us move into there until we told them we are going to leave. Overall terrible stay, customer service, and cleanliness. Never going back!

Large room and bed and lots of closet space. Very small bathroom. Room was not serviced for first several days.

Nice hotel. Good value for the money but it could improve cleanliness of room especially the bed linen. It looks like it wasn’t changed.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

I liked that the hotel is on walking distance of the centrum of Bogota. What I didn't like is the neighboorhood.Lots of homeless people walking near the hotel. My sheets weren't changed for the whole week. I saw a stain on the first the and it remained like that for a whole week. They did clean the room everyday and made the bed. The shower hose was broken and it wasn't fixed, I even mentioned this to the hotel staff. Breakfast is poor. No variation, everyday the same and with little choice.

Allot of homeless people walking near the hotel. Sheets weren't changed during my stay. They only made the bed with the same sheets.My sheets had a stain,that's why I noticed. Stain in the ceiling.Broken shower hose. I reported this but it wasn't fixed.Breakfast was everyday the same.No tv remote control.

El lugar es cómodo, bien ubicado, las habitaciones son buenas y el servicio de desayuno es bueno. Los precios han bajado y eso también es buena señal porque no ha bajado la calidad del servicio. Cerca a Oxxo, D1, estación de Transmilenio y carrera séptima.

Es un buen sitio, muy bien ubicado y confortable además, el personal brinda una buena atencion. Solo tiene un tema por solucionar y es el ruido del ascensor que esta por ser reparado segun dijo uno de los funcionarios

Muy variado y extenso el recorrido. Buenisimo . Hay de todo desde arte hasta historia y partes de la misma desde la época precolombina hasta la época actual . Excelente lo recomiendo mucho , nosotros le recorrimos en dos horas y nos hizo falta aún.

A localização é muito boa. O Hotel estava sempre limpinho, bem cuidado, o pessoal é bastante atencioso, o café da manhã é bom, o chef muito atencioso. O Valor é razoável, o custo benefício vale a pena. RECOMENDAMOS

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, pero no cuentan con televisores Buenos, son tecnologia antiguos. seria muy bueno que cambien los televisores, adicionalmente me toco la habitación del ultimo piso, don colindaba con el asensor y ese ruido no dejaba dormir

El Hotel se encuentra ubicado en el centro financiero, a cinco minutos, caminando del museo nacional de Bogotá, y a unos siete minutos caminando de la carrera siete, que es una zona peatonal y comercial, a través de esta calle puede llegar caminando a la plaza Bolívar
