Nice hotel, fairly priced and very secure. Nice pool with enough reclining chairs. The gym was the right size for the hotel and had a fair amount of equipment. The restaurant was higher end than expected with great food and service. Overall, the employees were very eager to please and help us with anything that we needed. The hotel is about 1 kilometer from a new shopping mall (El Jardin). Overall, I was highly satisfied and would return here.

None of the services are available after 9 pm. No pool no hot tub. No restaurant. Nothing. It is far from everything. Very friendly staff. Electric power for the entire building went out for at least an hour. Very difficult situation to be in the dark so long…

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Si lo que estas buscando es un hotel donde puedas dormir en paz y descansar... el MG HOTEL NO ES EL LUGAR. Mi suegro sufrio un ataque al corazon, fue operado y queriamos un lugar en las afueras de Medellin donde pudiera DESCANSAR. Desafortunadamente pasamos solo 1 noche... PESIMA NOCHE. El Aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA. La habitacion al lado de la porteria y a las 3 AM la señora aue estaba de turno CANTANDO poniendo musica duro no dejo dormir, como no habia aire, abrimos la ventana y fue peor. MAS BULLA. Mi habitacion en el 2do piso quedaba al lado de un restaurante privado donde hicieron aun mas bulla desde las 5AM. Con el personal de recepcion puse la queja y hasta el dia de hoy NADIE me ha llamado. Decidimos irnos para otro hotel. Pague mas de medio millon de pesos por la peor noche de mi vida. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PORQUERIA DE HOTEL, invierra su plata en cualquier otro hotel y les aseguro que pasaran mejor noche.

Felipe at front desk was so wonderful and helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed and it was late inthe evening after a long day of traveling from Miami, FL. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The atmosphere surrounding the area and the place is very peaceful..

Just what we needed.Simple room, safe, quiet and very clean. No hair drier or iron in room. Small kitchenette but no utensils, pots , etc.

Overall, this was a nice one night stay. Walkable to local restaurants.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure my fiancé and I were given the best service.

The web side claims restaurant on premises…this is false MG is going down big time Staff are cordial and friendly but it seems that owner’s don’t want to invest in the hotel. I will not return to this place
