No hot water. On full hot setting the water was lukewarm at best. I was freezing at the end of my shower. Looking at other reviews this appears to have been a problem for months. Incredibly noisy sound insulation between floors is non existent. The guests above our room were stomping on the floor as late as 2am and as early as 6am. If the pictures were not glued to the walls they would all have come down. No house keeping. Rooms are very dated and had to call for service as our TV did not work. The out door firepit area is so noisy from HVAC units I could not even stand to sit out there. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I have been a loyal Marriott customer for years. I would never stay here again. The room is completely outdated which includes no ports to plug in electronics. AC in room did not work. No water pressure in shower. The icing on the cake was ,late at night I was sleeping and was woken up abruptly to someone opening my door! The front desk assigned my room with working key to another guest. It was absolutely scary . I complained to front desk but fell on deaf ears. I will never stay here again.

It was a clean, quiet stay (and the hot water was fine - see July 26 review). This was our first stay at a Residence Inn though we have 25 stays at Marriott properties this year including the Marquis in DC and other higher-end hotels. The decor, firepit, breakfast, and comfortable bed made for a nice stay. The workout facility is adequate but pretty dated if that's important to you. The pool was empty but looked fine.

Clean and quiet with nice staff and good breakfast. But…Lukewarm water in the room all week due to an ongoing hot water issue. Received Marriott points as compensation but when the indoor pool is warmer than a shower no amount of points can make up for it. Checked out a day early.

We wanted to spend some time in NJ with the family/kids and thought a night at a hotel with a pool would be great. However, when we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed. The only reason why we booked this hotel was because of the pool, so I asked to cancel the room and was told that was fine, but I could not have a refund. I left and found a hotel down the road with a functioning pool. I see I'm not the only one complaining about the pool being closed at this hotel, so it may be a common problem. If a pool is important to you, look elsewhere.

Breakfast is always the best here. Eggs are always near perfect. My only complaint is the the damn housekeeping is extremely rude. I was working from my room all day and all I heard was slam…bam bam bam… over and over every minute as they walked in and out of the room they were cleaning because they leave the door latch flipped over so the door doesn’t close all the way and then, Slam…bam bam bam… and when they are in the room next door or the floor above or below the whole room shakes. Annoying and disrespectful. Hopefully this gets addressed as this is common in cheap hotels but should not be in a higher quality hotel that has longer term residence.

Pool closed ridiculous. We payed for a big room and only went to this hotel for the pool. However after we were told that it had been open 24/7 we went and found that it was closed. What the Heck? I do not recommend.
