They still your booking money dirty and awful , poor customer service

The exterior facade leads to disappointment for the room inside Its small with little walking space. As soon as I set down my bag on the bed i notice a cigarette burn-on the top sheet used as a cover/comforter! And then another and another!! So I ring the front desk for fresh, clean replacement of bedding. They arrive within 10-20 minutes , i thank them. I pull the raggedy ones off and now there are also cigarette burns on the sheets. I booked a non-smoking room. Hmmm? Now I’m trying to overlook the fact and reason that all guests aren’t cut of the same cloth and the bedding did look as if it stayed for another visit once the guests were gone. But now as i unfold the promptly delivered fresh set they are slso designed by cigarette burn holes!!! Having pulled the pillows away from the headboard I see some sort of streak across the headboard that house-keeping didn’t. Oi vey! Now I’m walking to fetch a hot soapy washcloth , it seemed laundrred, I mean it was folded. Now on the wall where the towels are stocked it looks like a bad wipe off the walls of blood splatter? No matter cuz even if it was hair dye or chocolate it shouldn’t be left for anyone to notice!!! I was shocked with an assumption that house-keeping needs better sanitation training. I wanted to check out to book hopefully a sanitary room from anther Hotel Motel Holiday Inn! But everyone was booked and there weren’t any within my meager limits. And I spent $100 on this booking! I should have taken pictures as proof of my remarks but i was just keeping my wits not to go off into my darkness. Well you can always go see for yourself! I really liked the size of the fridge. It was a little bigger than most. Location was great near Disney and knotts berry farm.

The place smelled good with out the overpowering smell of cleaner, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Over all we will be staying here again.

We stayed in this hotel multiple times by now,. We loved it, its super close to knotts berry farm and many different places to eat and have fun. The staff its been so kind and helpful, without forgetting the good prices this hotel offers,.

Property was unclean. Cockaroaches in the room. I took my family and left to a different hotel.

The room was not upkept or maintained in any sort of way, over the years the walls and ceiling had damage and water/soft spots larger than a dinner plate, paint peeled, the shutters stuck, the bedding was stained. This property is the true definition of "slumming it." For that condition of the room, I would expect the room to be half the price or less than it was.

The staff was nice at check-in, the room was pretty dirty, the blinds had a noticeable film of dust, like it hadn't been dusted in at least 6 months. There was a yellow drip of something down the bathroom wall, and worst of all one of the beds sheets were clearly not cleaned after the previous guest(s). There were textured "stains". When we asked the front desk for clean sheets and a fresh blanket, he laughed and said "probably not." Then when we explained why, he reluctantly gave them. The blankets were so thin I couldn't sleep because I froze all night.

It's a two-star hotel. You know what you expect. That's not very comfortable. Just the basics.

This motel is falling apart. Which is a shame, because the location is great. The interior is ready for a garbage dump.

I LIKE THE EASE OF CHECK-IN, I REALLY LIKED THE PRICE. FOR THE COMPLAINS THAT ARE RECEIVED, YES THE FLOORS WERE NOT NEW, THE WALLS HAD DAMAGE, THE TOWELS WERE CLEAN BUT HAD OLD STAINS. BUT FOR THE PRICE I WENT,I SLEPT,I BATHED AND LEFT. PERFECT. I ENJOY CAMPING SO THE LITTLE THINGS DONT BOTHER ME. GOOD PLACE TO GO SLEEP AND LEAVE. BATH ALSO JUST DON'T EXPECT NEW TOWELS. TAKE YOUR OWN AND DON'T FUSS. OR IF THAT REALLY BOTHERS YOU PAY 2 - 3 TIMES MORE FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

AC unit in my room was noisy. It sounded like it was on its last leg. The front door rattled and sounded like knocking whenever anyone near by would close their room door or walked on the second floor.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the room we were given was in poor condition with roaches everywhere and bedbugs present as well. We were offered another room with was a little nicer and had no roaches or bedbugs. They seriously need to take better care of their rooms. It was a horrendous site getting our first room in it's deplorable condition. But I'm glad they were nice enough to give us a different room right away, so I do give them credit and appreciation for that.
