Overall, it’s great The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area. It is suitable for both business travel and tourism.

Stingy and uncomfortable everywhere, I strongly recommend not to step on the wrong side. The lights are very dim and there is no main switch. There are no real curtains, only lining curtains that are not completely blackout. The double bed is two single beds pushed together (unthinkable for a four-star hotel). The beds are extremely simple, more like a hostel than a hotel. There is no quilt, only a sheet, and the spare blanket is in the bathroom. It is thin and not as big as the bed. The hot water temperature is unstable. Breakfast was extremely basic and unpalatable. All in all, it's beautiful on the outside but shabby on the outside. All the facilities seem to be the most speculative way to do star rating. This hotel doesn't look like it's meant for people to live in at all. When I checked in, I was told that I had to check out at 10:30. I told the front desk that my flight happens to be in the afternoon. Can I be accommodated until 11:30 or 12:00? And since I checked in early in the morning, I wouldn't be able to stay long. You can clean up other rooms first. Answer, no. When you check in is your business, not ours. When I checked out, I was told that I had to pay $5 for bottled water on the table (water in Argentina generally costs $0.50 in convenience stores, $1 in restaurants, and extra water at the Mendoza Sheraton Hotel costs a little more than $2). I finally got angry and said that most star hotels will provide free bottled water, but you charge so much, not to mention the charges. The front desk said we wrote the price tag. During check-in and check-out, I negotiated with the front desk for a long time on many issues. The hotel did not even offer a polite apology ("I'm sorry because our poor service affected your stay experience"). Instead, it stood on its own side from beginning to end. argue with me. I felt like I was being treated more like an enemy that he had to defend vigorously than a guest. In fact, the only thing I want to express is my dissatisfaction with the stay experience. What I wanted from the beginning was just normal communication between people. This hotel is like some unscrupulous low-cost airlines that first deceive you into buying tickets at a lower price than similar airlines, and then trick you bit by bit without providing you with good service.

Stayed for 2 days 🇯🇵 ・There is a feeling of cleanliness ・The shower room does not have a door for some reason, so water protrudes outside ・ Water is not always available, it is cheaper to buy water at a kiosk etc. ・Can be exchanged ・Security is solid ・Sundays are especially recommended as the Sunday market opens right in front of you ・There are many things that can be eaten lightly for breakfast It's usually like this.

Lovely hotel and great, central location to explore the city. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable room and beds although there was little storage space for clothes. Good location although the main road outside was very quiet at night. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee or cups. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled egg and sausages, pastries, cereal, toast, bread, juice and hot drinks. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke English.

Great location. Room 405 very nice and like a suite. Large king size comfy bed and decent shower. All the major attractions very close and walkable. Only 200 yards to the tango show as well and approximately 1000 metres to the harbour. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base. Good breakfast too

The pluses outnumbered the minuses, and our 3-night stay was good. The breakfast was good, as was the coffee! Fairly large room but we had to get the fridge replaced on arrival and the air con temp lowered. This had to be done by the front desk and was a chore that had to be requested often, as the set temperature was way too high! Good location and the street out front is the site of the huge Sunday markets! The staff tried mostly to be helpful and by doing the booking myself, I got it at a very good price for the location & stars!

This hotel had a great location. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was impressive, but the hotel seems confused. The pool is open after 4pm, with hardly any lighting and no staff/ towels available. The bar is open until 4pm, so when you're getting ready to go for an evening out, or waiting for an evening pick up for a dance there is no bar service.

We stayed twice on the front end and back end of a long trip through Patagonia. The second stay was on the 6th floor in the back of the hotel and was a very nice spacious and quiet room. The first stay was on the 3rd floor facing the street and was just okay. Hard to sleep during the first stay. The breakfast was more than adequate.

Centrally located, close to restaurants & cafes… Safe neighbourhood, very pedestrian… Exceptional customer service at reception…very helpful & accommodating, including concierge… Spacious room…comfortable bedding…wifi…safe… Adequate breakfast…

The hotel was great, clean and had a good location. Included a breakfast, which was very good served by friendly staff. The front desk staff was amazing. We had trouble with our AC the first night and they were very gracious by giving us another room the next day. Everyone always had a smile and were more than helpful with all requests.

The hotel is well located. Poor breakfast. The view out the window is not pretty. At the front desk they asked for $100 as a security deposit. To enter the hotel you need the card from the room. The hotel is 5 minutes from Plaza de Mayo.
