Room did not smell clean had a musty odor, the electrical water kettle had water still in it and the bottom of the kettle had mold. The loghts kept blinking Was very disappointed in this place

First time. Travelling on business so a convenient easy access room was perfect. Loved online check in and check out

Stay was wonderful and the hotel had everything needed for the stay. Very conveniently located within walking distant to anything in the local area. The onsite staff were not the friendliest to deal with.

This is my favorite place to stay in Canmore, even before it was the Lamphouse. Right downtown friendly service. Loving the hot tub and the host was excellent. Totally recommend this place

Very clean and new. The room I was in sounded like there was water running upstairs the entire night. Had to sleep with ear plugs, which were provided. Bed was comfortable. Easy checkin.

I thought the place was going to be in the shape of a lamp, and it’s not. Otherwise very nice.

Fantastic location! The hot tub with the mountain views was a highlight. Would definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

This unit had 3 separate bedrooms with a nice big table to fit the whole family. Kitchen had the basic essentials, Was so well located to walk and explore, even in the winter. Hated the fact that the electronic key door would not activate early even though the place was already cleaned and we had requested an earlier checkin of 3pm instead of 4 pm. Person in office opened the door to said "Hard 4:00" and slammed the door in the face of one of our group. We also had a one bedroom unit on the ground level for additional family.

Great room! Updated, clean, has everything you need. The location is excellent and the check in process was so easy! Nice to have a parking in such a convenient location.

I have stayed here once before and was very pleased with everything about it. Especially that they have done some excellent renovations and decorating. Well done.

Nicely renovated motel style unit. Mattress was too hard, and walls were paper thin. Otherwise nice stay
