Prefect choice for Tuscany road trip! Chilled and closed to many other small towns.

We stayed here for four nights. It was a perfect place to end our vacation. Beautiful views, fantastic pool, great spa treatments, and wonderful staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable stay. I recommended getting a car and exploring the area.

Magnificent setting in the heart of Chianti. This was the perfect accommodations for my parents, my husband and me. The beautifully updated property features spacious rooms and bathrooms with supremely comfortable beds. Loved the addition of the yoga mat in our room and the same-day laundry service. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They were incredibly accommodating with my 92-year-old dad who used a wheelchair to get around for this trip. They even came to our aid late one evening when our vehicle slid off the rain-drenched, dirt road. The breakfast is ample and the restaurant is warm and welcoming. We are thrilled we chose Locanda Le Piazze for our Tuscan mini-honeymoon and my parents’ 50th anniversary. We’re enjoying a wonderful stay!

If you are looking to go away and relax, Locanda Le Piazze is the place you are looking for. What I enjoyed most is the warm ambiance the hotel has and the lovely smiles of the staff. The hotel is unique and has a beautiful aura to it. The green scenery, and delicious food served by the Hotel's restaurant is another topic. If you are visiting or plan to visit Tuscany, then do not hesitate to book your stay here.

If you want to step into heaven Locanda Le Piazze is the place at Tuscany. Everything you see at the premises is a sign of carefully and tastefully planned and organised. Every corner of this chic and comfortable boutique hotel addresses to all your senses. The Staff is very helpfull, positive and professional. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable with great and calming scene from windows. The panoramic Tuscany view is exeptional. The garden is peacefull. The music accompanying your morning coffee is priceless. The dinners prepared at Michelin Star Tavola di Guido, by the most talented Chef Guido Haverkock and his crew are endulging to your senses. Three words to describe my feelings are : Wonderfull, Wonderfull, Wonderfull. Thank you to all contributors of this Heavenly Location.

Perfection achieved in every aspect of the hotel. Everything is beautiful and virtually perfect - from the hotel grounds, to our beautiful room, to the pool that overlooks the surrounding vineyards, and to the staff. The kitchen should be awarded a Michelin star - had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing and may have been the best meal we had in Italy (but priced well below the value of the meal). Have recommended to all my friends as a must try. Also, cannot beat the location within Tuscany. Short drive to all must see places from Montalcino to San Gimignano to Firenze and so on.

What a beautiful spot in Chianti! The hotel is very special with lovely rooms and an outstanding dining room experience. It is situated at the end of a long dirt drive overlooking the vineyards. We stayed there for 2 nights and wished we had booked more. Service and attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were all lovely.

One of the best hotels to stay at. The views were breathtaking, the dinner at the restaurant was unforgettable and super amazing. The entire experience is just a dream. I asked the hotel if they can order a flower bouquet from the local florist for my wife, and they were so kind to order it for me and place it at our dinner table. Will be back soon hopefully.

Locanda le Piazza has improved year after year; the rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and elegant, the food is exceptional, the new spa is first class, the pool and outdoor spaces are refreshing, the ambiance is light and romantic, and the people who serve at Locanda are well-trained, friendly and professional.

Awesome estate and very peaceful grounds. The pool and pool bar were great for relaxing on our honeymoon. All staff at front desk, the restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out trips and taxis for us and made everything very straightforward and relaxing.

My wife and I spent a week here and we enjoyed every minute of it. the location and views are exceptional. the staff are numerous and incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the "gourmet" restaurant is wonderful. We ate there once but on several occasions we ate at the simpler and relaxed dining room just next door. The spa was very nice too and we both had treatments. finally, the room was clean, large and well appointed. We will certainly return.

We love this place and the people that manage and serve here! This is such a delicate and wonderful location and the inside is just as luxurious as the view requires. Modern and delicate rooms with high class bathrooms to go with it, prepared to perfection. The people in the reception and In Guido’s are very nice and keep a very high level of quality. We had the surprise menu with the wine package to go with it. Excellent! Dining in Guido’s tavola cannot be outperformed. Wonderful quality and experience. Our fourth visit and we will come again. Next time for a bit longer to enjoy the facilities even more. Thank you Andrea and the Sommelier and the rest of the involved staff. You make it a wonderful experience!

We stayed here for three nights as we want to be in Chianti and explore by car ourselves. The hotel is in the country side, so you will need a car or organised tours as there is no walking to town here. Only the executive rooms were available when we booked, so we didn’t get the beautiful patios but our room was perfect. The room is big enough with a well equipped and spacious enough bathroom. Aircon, fan, and mosquito repellant. Simple and elegant, the only thing missing was coffee and tea facilities. The bed is heavenly and the room is perfectly dark. Pool area has a bar with meals and drinks. It’s got an amazing view and just enough loungers. The spa is also there, and you get a complimentary treatment on arrival. The restaurant is amazing, Michelin star, and I highly recommend it. The service was efficient and friendly. The staff all noted I was pregnant (it was literally noted next to our room number on the meal sheets), and they all catered around my food needs accordingly. My only criticism is the breakfast - they buffet is a little scarce. Hot eggs are extra, but that’s quite common. Also one would expect a turn down service at an establishment like this. My final thoughts - well located between the Chianti towns, Sienna and Florence; quiet understated luxury; peaceful with good service and views you just can’t beat. Would stay again.
