I think the hotel changed hands 3-4 years ago. For those who don't know the area, the hotel is located in Çavuşin. 5 minutes by car to Göreme, 20 minutes to Ürgüp, 10 minutes to Avanos. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere and very quiet. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is sufficient. Employees are very caring. They already determine an itinerary for you. I called and got information from them even when I was outside the hotel. Balloons pass right next to the hotel. It was great to have places to visit right next to the hotel, within walking distance. We have informed them about minor deficiencies and they will take necessary action. We would like to thank Mr. Yiğit and all the staff.

The hotel is really nice in terms of price and performance. If you want to relax quietly, the location is very good. The only problem was that there was no phone reception in the rooms. Apart from that, everything from the staff to the hotel was perfect.

There was no special care at the hotel where we stayed on New Year's Day. In the evening, on a cold day, you cannot sit anywhere outside the room because there is no fire outside. The place to eat is not open either. There is no reception in the evening hours, so if you have an urgent need, you won't be able to meet it. There was a general shortage of hot water in the hotel. We preferred a room with jacuzzi and bath, but we got it in vain. It was said that there was a problem with the hotel's hot water boiler. The owner of the business was good and tried to help, but it was too late because we could not reach anyone at night. Other than that, cleanliness and decor were good. Breakfast is also ok. But I don't think we will choose it again.

We stayed at the hotel with my wife for 3 days. We were satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful in everything. I have a small suggestion. I wish the accessories at the sink were more durable and most importantly, there was a window there, even if it was small. In the evening the room is warm. We thank you for everything.

We were very pleased with the hotel and left satisfied, but when we left, I realized that I had forgotten my Apple Watch under the pillow in the room, so we called immediately. But Mr. Hasan's son said that he was not at the hotel and that he would have it checked when he got there, but when I called later, he said it was not there. It shouldn't be this hard for anyone entering after us to look through the camera and ask. We were pleased with the hotel, but this situation made us very sad and they did not care about my time. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were very happy that the staff were friendly and helped as much as they could. I stayed at the hotel for my friend's wedding, and thanks to the officer in charge (Mr. Ömer), he even gave me his belt because I forgot my belt. We did not encounter any problems in terms of cleanliness. Since I am someone who basically uses my own bedspread and pillowcase, I put my own cover directly on the clean one. If I have the opportunity to stay in Çavuşin again, my choice will definitely be Çavuşin Cave House. When you visit, I recommend you to drink tea in the courtyard above the reception in the evening. There is also a hill nearby to watch balloons in the morning and many balloons pass over the hotel.

It was an incredibly beautiful holiday. They had started heating the rooms before we left. Friendliness and attention were number 10. Moreover, we have to thank the people there, Celalin Yeri restaurant next to the hotel, they were very caring. Breakfast at the hotel is number 10.
