I Hotel and Illinois Conference Center - Champaign Reviews

We have been going to Champaign for my daughter's school for the last four years and this was the first time at the hotel. I wish we would have stayed sooner. Beautiful hotel, room, and very nice service staff.

Couldn’t stay because they weren’t up front about not accepting two dogs in a room. They said dog friendly without specifying that means one dog. We travel with two well mannered Golden Retrievers. 6 pm on a Friday night: I’m at their front desk and either I need to rent a second room for the second dog or find another hotel—on short notice. Found a really great new Hampton Inn but had to fight with this hotel continuously to get money back.

Fabulous food and the staff is amazing!! Rooms are clean and spacious!

This hotel is good, the environment and lobby are great, parking is convenient, but the hotel breakfast ends a little too early, and there is no food to eat at nine o'clock.

The room was big and clean, and the interior of the hotel was also clean. The best part is that breakfast is free. It was a very well-organized breakfast menu!

My son's university dormitory cannot be accommodated! Stay one night temporarily

After staying for a week, the worst service at the front desk was Anna, who discriminated against the Chinese. At 8:00 p.m. on June 6, we bought some daily necessities at Target on Green Street. It was raining lightly and we were not familiar with the place when we first arrived, so we asked Anna to ask the hotel to send a car to pick me up. She agreed very well and drove. It's a 5-minute journey, and after waiting for 40 minutes to arrive, I called and said to register again, how annoying😡. At that time, for the convenience of the pick-up car, we saw us and waited outside the door early, and we were soaked in the rain. Can we tell us earlier if we can pick us up, why bother people so much. In addition, we extended our stay three times, both of which were handled by Anna, and our deposit was charged for each extension, and the previous deposits had to be refunded together when we checked out at the end of the stay. The other waiter didn't charge it when it was processed. I don't know what rules this hotel implements, is it exclusively for Chinese? hell 😢😢

Hotel is ok

Stayed for a sporting event. The hotel was convenient for the University area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff were also particularly attentive and clearly enjoyed their jobs, offering the best customer service they could.

Lovely welcoming staff, answer all my concerns, Room was lovely and simple but clean and homey. Would love to stay here again

The property is outstanding! I'm here for a meeting which is on the hotel premises - so, I have no complaints.

Still a very nice property and hotel. Rooms are starting to age a bit and could use some updating.

Everything was lovely, the hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful!

The Hotel is very nice. Clean staff is very friendly. Alot of nice amenities. The restaurant Houlihans could be updated in regards to the menu items. Also not very accommodating for people with allergies. Breakfast was very nice.
