Location was convenient to the Credit One Arena. Hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was good.

The location is the best for my needs. The service was above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I usually travel with my fur baby, this hotel allows this. This time I did not but was just as accommodating. The rate I recieved was very good.I appreciate this flexibility. Great room. Will stay again during Christmas holidays. Thanks, Rhonda

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room, bath and linens were clean. No problems.

I love that they give you bottled water at check-in. It’s such a perk (such a small thing, but so appreciated).

Disappointed. I thought being that I booked a Hampton and it was in Daniel Island we were good. I was shocked at how dated and run down it was. The check in employee was nice. The lobby was fine. However, we had to park at the neighbor hotel and walk to get to the hotel. There wasn't any parking spots available. Upon entering the room it was stuffy. The furniture was beat up and the couch was faded and discolored. I always had comfortable beds at Hampton Inn. The bed was awful. The mattress had no support and it was not comfortable. The pillows were sad. The one time I traveled without my pillow. I am glad we were only staying one night. I tried calling the front desk several times the next morning and not once did anyone pick up. The breakfast was sparse. The staff wasn't refilling it. However her kids were there and they were all socializing and enjoying themselves. I had some dry sausage and a waffle. There wasn't even any bananas. Sadly, I would not recommend. For what we paid for one night was insanely overpriced.

It was in a beautiful area, staff were great! My only complaint was that the cleaning supplies used left a very strong smell in the room. It was overwhelming. It smelled like " carpet fresh cleaner".

Easy access to good highways. Easy parking. Quiet surroundings. Decent free morning breakfast.

We could walk from the hotel to restaurants. The Chinese Asian Fusion was the best!!

We had an awesome check-in experience with Ed. He was extremely helpful and made the necessaries a true joy. His enthusiasm was contagious and a nice end to a long day. Thank you, Ed!

Property was excellent. Room was clean bed comfortable. Area was right off the main route. Easy to get everything in Charleston. Will book this hotel again. The only downside was the hot breakfast was just lukewarm. Maybe an off day. Still happy with the hotel.

Coffee during day was terribly strong and undrinkable. One man at desk was dead and slow about checking us in. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Room was very clean, but you needed to tell them if you wanted your room cleaned, bummer. Only real negative was the shower not hot at all. Fitness center was great. Breakfast was awesome!
