Hotel is not within walking distance of anything. Could use new carpeting throughout Staff very accommodating Shower was amazing

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is beyond my imagination. Excellent option for a temporary overnight stay at Bufflo Airport. The plane was late, and I called the hotel after picking up my luggage after 11:00 p.m. The shuttle bus arrived in a few minutes. The standard American breakfast is convenient and delicious, and the room is clean and tidy. Must recommend! The first small hotel in this 20-day itinerary in the Eastern United States exceeded my imagination. I am so happy to have this price-performance ratio today when prices are soaring!

The room is spacious and the service attitude is great!

There was a free shuttle service to and from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of variety including waffles.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the property needs some remodeling. Great location very convenient to the airport and not loud at all. Breakfast was great, very convenient (time wise)

Arrived at hotel, system down unable to check in. Then told the parking lot is closed so not able to leave vehicle there for the weekend, which the reason why we selected this hotel was the ability to leave you vehicle. At 10pm awoke to hotel staff banging on door, by the time I answered nobody there, called to front desk they said they got the wrong room. No apologies. Will not return, and will not recommend. Spend your money else where and stay at a real property

Somehow I got double booked on the same night and charged. There was also a reservation booked for one night at the end of March. Turned out, with investigation that the booking was not mine. but someone else with the same last name.

Good property. First floor room was a bit noisy, but that is true for all hotels. The nearby Dennys was almost abandoned and dirty, but the nearby Olympic restaurant serves decent diner food and all day breakfast. Included breakfast was also good, with eggs, bagels, sausage, waffles, muffins, and choice of 4 cereals... with apple and orange juice as well. My main complaint was that I couldn't use the HDMI ports on the TVs, so if that is important, you have been informed. Overall, good stay.

The hotel is in very close proximity to the Buffalo airport. Takeoffs and landing are quite noticeable. The interior hallways and exterior doors are in rough shape. I was concerned when we checked in. However, once we got into our room, my fears were somewhat ameliorated. The room itself, although dated, was clean and everything worked. I have stayed in many other hotels that looked better but has not-so-good rooms. All in all it was an OK place to stay.

I hope their hallway improvement project can be completed soon. It will enhance the appearance. The room is not fancy but warm and comfortable.

Property felt dirty and unsafe but the room was actually okay. An ok place to stay for an airport stop but I would prefer something much better. Breakfast was just ok.

Sleep Inn near the Buffalo Airport. Looks very nice from the outside. But, the inside on the second floor needs a lot. The walls were just painted. The carpet was stained and unsanitary. The room I was in had sheer curtains with nothing else there to shield out all the spot lights from the airport. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep in the Sleep Inn. The one door was falling off of the close rack. I could have gotten hurt because the door was all metal and very heavy. The shower had no panel to put your shampoo, conditioner and soap on, so I had to bend down to the floor every time I wanted to use it. The breakfast eggs and sausage and home fries were cold. But thanks for taking my money for nothing

Needs lots of updating which is in process but it doesn’t look very inviting right now
