It was easy to get to and lots of dining options with in the immediate area. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Good location, helpful and courteous staff. Hotel was clean, except for the elevators which were dirty all night into early morning. The air conditioner was noisy leading to a restless night.

This property is disgusting! We had to change our room three times due to dirty beds and multiple stains on the beds!

I liked the location, close to shopping area and places to eat. The breakfast was good. The bathroom wasn't that clean and the towels were yellow and had trouble sleeping because of banging/stomping from another room

The hotel was very clean and are room was updated very nice. The only issue was the breakfast was cold and some food was not out when we arrived.

Great hotel for family’s and very convenient if you’re going shopping, breakfast was included and there was lots of parking and an onsite shop. Pool was very clean and not crowded. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Under the circumstances, due to snow storm Buffalo was shut down. The staff on site did their best to accommodate quests. We were fortunate they were even open

We generally like staying here but this ti e around our stay was not the best, room was hot, 2 lamps in the room were broken, the TV remote back cover was missing and a tape was holding the batteries in place, there was no way to switch the TV on or off other than physically walking to the tv, the plug points face plates were coming off .I hope they fix their property so we can have a better stay next time

Breakfast options were good, parking excellent, very quiet, incredibly convenient for dining options.

The property was clean and staff was kind and friendly. The pool was the only downfall it was cold.

There was black mold in the bathroom and the towel holders were hanging off the walls.

Average hotel. I would stay again for the convenience. Beds were clean and comfy but nothing else was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was sub par at best.

Good experience. Could have better assortment of options for the complimentary breakfast. Same hot foods three days in a row
