Location is not too near to touristy attractions such as marina beach. However, makes the hotel cheaper. 2 bottles of water is given daily - extra charged at 30rp/500ml bottle. What’s really good about this hotel is it’s staff, they are really friendly.

Located in a corner of a luxury residential area, it is a very quiet place to relax. There is no front desk, and the image is that you came to a villa rather than a hotel. There is a courtyard, and if there are enough people, parties can be held. The rooms are clean, and even from a Japanese perspective, they are very well-maintained. Above all, the staff was wonderful, and they were very helpful in arranging bus tickets and train tickets. Most friendly and kind! You can also have breakfast and dinner. The chicken masala and cheese butter rice were very good. If I come to Chennai again, I will stay there again.

Numero uno location. The location is to die for. Very peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle. The Shower is absoultely one of the best in India easy. Superb water pressure. The only thing I missed was catching a glimpse of Rajini sir. It was slightly older property but the staff made up for it.

Had initially booked Their Madurai property for my daughter. So I tried booking for their chennai property to stay. I wasn't disappointed at all. Location was fantastic. Calm neighborhood. Being Next door to Rajinikanth sir house was a plus beyond imagination.

Visit Avenue 11 frequently with my friends. It is a silent paradise in the middle of our city. We have a quite weekend outing. Little bit dated all the furniture but the staff make it up. Always love to go there.

Excellent neighborhood in Chennai, nestled amidst centrury old trees. Needs a little walk to access restaurants or shops. The support staff was cordial and accommodated all requests starting from early morning check-in to early breakfast. Will need slight more upkeep at the pricepoint it is offering stays.

The hotel is located at an excellent location in poes garden very close by to the US consulate. The suite room is spacious & comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary the host ensures the guest have a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for a peaceful stay with family and friends!

We feel lucky that my wife found Avenue 11 online. We booked a different hotel from Australia, but after going and inspecting this property we moved here. We felt like we were living in our own home in a foreign country. This is a large house with 13 rooms in Peos Garden (where celebrities and politicians live) close to foreign missions, converted to provide quality accommodation.

Had visited Avenue 11 for my US visa interview. It is located in a calm location four houses from Superstar Rajini house. Simple yet nice. Food was also good. Breakfast was very nice and edible. They don't throw so much food in the breakfast but what they gave was very nice.

Great location as it was at the centre of the city, with accessible public transportation. Spacious room. Good and prompt customer service. Complimentary breakfast was great as well. Would stay again next time.
