Great location, about 200 metres from main chermside bus interchange which is right next to Westfield's chermside shopping centre.

Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

Nice quiet place. Next to a big shopping centre. Can't go wrong there. Not too far from airport or town, so quite easy get around.

Close to the mall and bus stop

There is basically no service, and the room type is weird. Fortunately, it is close to supermarkets and buses.

I like how close I was of westfield shopping centre, the room is clean the staff were really friendly to approach too.

Good price, good size, however there were lights out or flickering, a bad smell at times, rust flakes around pool area and furniture. Overall ok for the money.

Absolutely horrible place to stay, our apar**ent was filthy floor wasn’t vacuumed fridge wasn’t wiped down dust on the toaster and counter as if to say if it didn’t get used no need to clean it. Owner has a Ferrari in the lobby where the check in desk is he would be better off selling the car and hiring new cleaners or cleaners who actually care as the care factor is zero . I walked past a cleaner and they all had dirty rags as opposed to clean rags for each room like you should have. We complained they went and done a second clean and still didn’t clean everything including in the fridge still had butter from a previous guest smeared onto the wall of the fridge

I like the place, when I go to my company in Geebung I prefer to stay at Chermside. I fell super comfortable there

Very limited parking available onsite considering how many units they have, parked in next door though was told by another guest we might get towed. Found a park down the road. The bathroom floor in the corners looked it hadn't been cleaned for a while, no shower soap at all, no shampoo or conditioner available to use. Breakfast was ok, very small area to have it, the apar**ents were booked out because of the Pink concert one family was eating on the ledge because there were no tables available.

It was a pleasure to be hosted by Chermised Apar**ents. The manager on duty on Friday 16th looked after me so well . I was tired after an early flight and they accommodated me . The room was so clean. And the free breakfast is a great bonus.

Overall a great apar**ent, very comfortable bed, quiet and close to transport and dining. Just needs a freshen up/ paint. Kitchen was a little dirty but would stay again

I had to leave at 06:15 in the morning. Therefore NO breakfast. Nothing was offered in compensation. Reception was closed until 7am no where to leave the key. Had to shove it under the door. A poor show and will not be staying there again.

The outside light being on in the next door apar**ent was not good for sleeping. The dirty nickers caught in the bag rack was not a good start. The staff were delightful and food from the newly opened Curry restaurant was delicious
