I didn't stay in this hotel but I went to the rooftop bar..  Heard pretty good reviews for it's cocktails  and I am glad I came..  Had a couple of customised inexpensive cocktails and recommendations and I am impressed..  A "must come" place for anyone when in chiangmai. 

Checked in to the hotel after our flight and was somewhat non plussed. There is no pool, which was a surprise but one which quickly fell by he wayside.  The room we were in had a small balcony, but outdoor space all the same. The room was decent sized and quickly cooled off once we got the ac going. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The roof bar and restaurant were so good that we ate every supper here.  The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants as well as massage locations. You can walk into the old city but a baht bus can take you there for 40 baht/person. The area is a nice and quiet compaired to old town and the more touristy areas to the east.  We will definitely be back.

The actual room a**osphere is different from the picture on the website. Each person is a different story. It's like going to a room in an old shophouse. Stayed in rooms number 1 and 2. Room number 2 has no window. The light doesn't come in at all. Turning on the light, it still doesn't light up. Both rooms have a lot of dust. Allergies are aggravated for all 3 people (4 people went together). The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful.

The location is near Ningman Road, the decoration is very stylish, the roof bar is also very good, but the whole design is too impractical, the small room is very small, the suitcase can't be opened, the first night stay was almost a nervous breakdown! I thought it was an airplane, so I tried to forbearance, but it kept going. After half an hour, I discovered that it was a refrigerator... Just after I lay down after unplugging the refrigerator socket, the whole room began to tremble, as if I was sitting on an airplane and about to take off. Same, I don’t know what's going on. After tossing for a long time, I found that our bedside is next to the four main units of the air conditioner on the floor? ! ! ! This kind of room needs to be sold! Speechless! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

Advantages: The hotel is located near Ningman Road, next to the bed of the Internet celebrity shop. It is very convenient to travel. You can walk to Ningman No. 1 in 10 minutes. There are also many small shops around you. There are five set meals for breakfast. You can choose in advance Order one day and what time you want to eat the next day, the room is very unique, clean, the stay is very comfortable, the small bar on the roof is good for food and drink, the atmosphere is also very good, the attitude of the service staff is great, the hotel as a whole It feels a little retro. Disadvantages: (I guess it will be heard in nearby hotels) The sound of airplane flying can be heard all day long, there is no swimming pool.

The light in the house is a bit dark, the bed is very short but the service is very good. Basically all the people who stay in are foreigners. There will be ants on the floor but it is acceptable. The breakfast is delicious
