The location is very good. You can walk to many sights in 10 or 15 minutes.

Had an overall quality experience staying at the Hyatt Place Chicago/River North. All Hyatt Place staff were helpful, friendly, responsive. Room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Location is excellent with many dining options and close to public transportation. Highly recommend you consider other options for breakfast, the complimentary breakfast is sub-standard, especially compared to other Hyatt Place/Hyatt House properties where I have stayed. Would have been beneficial to have a microwave in the room. Beatrix is a great breakfast option and very close. 

Convenient location to trains, buses, DT places of interests & neighborhoods. Sounds from fire station didn’t bother our 7 nights stay when we moved to a higher floor. Sirens from the fire & ambulance trucks can be heard throughout the loop anyway. Great service: front desk, breakfast, cleaning & maintenance. Plenty

The hotel is stylish and convenient - in the heart of River North. My room was very clean - and made up every day by Norma from Housekeeping who did a great job, The breakfast room doubles as a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant for lunch and dinner. I was on a higher floor - so I had a fun view of the city. This was my second stay and I would stay again.
