Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone πŸ™πŸ˜Š

Located in the centre of Sungai Petani, this hotel offers quick gateway and rest to travellers and family It offers in-room services for meals. Hot showers and television with local channels also available in the room. For those travelling by train, this hotel is the best option since it is just in walking distances in front of Sungai Petani KTM station However, this hotel doesn't provided lift. For those staying at top (Level 2), you may need to walk up the stairs. During my stay, there is no telefon in the hotel room to connect to the operator. For quick weekend trip, I may consider to spend a night here.
