Location with good access to downtown Phuket, This hotel provided excellent facilities and services at a reasonable price.

Firstly, it sounds like the receptionist, Suay, wasn't very friendly or accommodating. This can certainly impact one's overall impression of a place. Additionally, it seems like the breakfast was not up to your standards. It can be disappointing to start the day with a meal that doesn't meet your expectations. Furthermore, it sounds like there were other guests staying there who were not behaving respectfully. This can be frustrating and impact one's enjoyment of the overall atmosphere of the place. Finally, it seems like the building itself may not have been in the best condition. This can certainly be concerning and make one feel unsafe. Overall, it's unfortunate that your experience in this place was not a positive one. It's important for businesses to take customer feedback into consideration and strive to improve in areas where they may be falling short.

Good location , walking distance just 10mjn to kata beach , near kata night market , lots of street food and massage .

When you go outside the hotel everything is on the area, walking street, food, street, market, bars, stores are all in the area. 10-15min walking to the beach, better than patong more cheaper also.

Was alright about over priced for value you got I don’t think I would stay again. Sue to price

This is a new condo hotel in Phuket, with modern and spacious apartments just like the pictures show. The hotel is 10 minutes walking to Kata beach and Karon beach, and 25 minutes walking to Kata Noi beach.

We book this hotel for only 2 nights and finally we expend here more than 2 months. The hotel is located in Kata beach, only 10 minutes walking to the beach, and is surrender by several restaurants and convenient stores.

They are very good actors to be being welcomers ! try to count everything in your rooom they ll ask you glass or towel or anything for missing when you check out and they requre to pay for it and if don't , they ll treat you like a police !!! we give you to police ! you can't never come to Thailand ! such like haha WORSTH MANAGER i ever seen here

The location is very good. There are many restaurants near the beach 711 The environment is comfortable and the swimming pool is clean Very cost-effective Lots of check-in slots, highly recommended The front desk service is very good, great!

The room is OK, but the bed is a little small. But it's OK. The service is also very good. The children still like it. The small swimming pool is also good. There is also a naughty castle. Although it is small, it is enough for children to play!

We got a room with a view of the construction site. It's good that we only stayed for three nights. On Sunday the construction site did not work, but on weekdays, strictly from 08:30. Breakfast is good. The staff tries hard and is responsive. The hotel is more or less new, the furniture and other things have not yet been removed.
